Perus hyvä hotelli. Ei kuitenkaan viiden tähden, kuten hotels.com:in arvion mukaan. Erillisellä maksulla saatava aamupala buffet oli kattava. Huone siisti ja melko tavanomainen. Spa tilat hieman kolkot. Palvelu maan yleiseen tasoon verrattuna hyvä.

The hotel is located 45 minutes away from the airport without traffic with traffic time it will take us from 1hr to 1:45 minutes to get the hotel or to the center of Instabul.

On the good side, the dinner in the hotel was excellent. Turkish food is generally delicious, but the hotel's chefs made it so good that I savoured every piece of it. The bed was comfy, and the duvet was great, warm, but not too hot. On a less brighter side, the towels clearly had better days, they were grayish and worn-out. The hotel has a massive problem with the plumbing, once you open the tap in any position, scolding hot water starts pouring out, and you have to wait for a few minutes before it gets to normal temperature. My sink's drain was partially clogged, I asekd to clean it three times, but either the staff didn't understand me or couldn't fix it. The water still wouln't go down the sink as I was checking out. Overall, it's a great place, but poorly run, and penny-pinching at every opportunity, which spoils the impression.

Excellent friendly service, and hotel staff were always on hand to help and support. Hotel was clean and good location to the malls and main roads. Room was nicely presented, good size, and clean.

部屋は広く室内の使い勝手もよい都会派好みのホテルです。環境は旧市街とも新市街ともまるで違い、観光拠点からは遠いです。ここは、東京で例えれば晴海界隈、香港で例えれば湾仔のうんと海より、でしょうか。部屋の広さと快適さを優先したいなら、リーズナブルだと思います。
