Le stanza standard non e’ assolutamente da 5 stelle. Il bagno e’ l’unico che si merita le stelle, se non contiamo il gel di doccia con l’odore piu orrendo mai sentito. L’aria dentro le stanze e’ chiusissima e gli tutti gli asciugamani sono vecchi e hanno parecchi segni di usura/sporcizia, anche se sono lavati. Parte dello staff ha un’atteggiamento superiore senza ragione. Per andare nei punti d’interesse per visitare, con i mezzi o in taxi fai 15-30 min e devi camminare 7-10 min fino alla stazione di tram che ti porta a Eminonu-Sultanahmet (dove ci sono i principali punti da visitare)

l'hotel Ramada Plaza Istanbul è in una posizione ottima, davanti alla fermata della metropolitana Osmanbey. nei dintorni vi sono ristoranti, negozi, e la zona shopping di lusso di Istanbul ottimo servizio, INTERNET FREE!

We had to stay 3 different rooms in one week, because of their "planned" water work in rooms. They sent us to a room and two days later they said they have water job in room we have to change the room again. If you planned this room for a work why you sent us there in begin with. It wasn't good stay at all. Staff were very kind and understood our complains but they did not have anything to do.

"Exceptional Stay: Central Location, Friendly Staf
The central location was so convenient, and the staff's friendliness made me feel truly welcome. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and my room was both comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend for a perfect blend of convenience and hospitality!

Our second visit to this hotel. A very nice hotel.
This is our second stay in The Ramada Plaza Istanbul City Centre in 2023. I chose this hotel because we were very happy with the hotel after our first stay in April this year, and now again in October. The hotel is in a good location, Osmanbey metro station (served by the M2 line - Green line) is a few meters from the entrance and there are also local bus routes serving bus stops nearby. On entering the hotel it looks very clean, modern and well furnished. The reception area/lobby is spacious and welcoming. The staff are very pleasant throughout the hotel, without exception. There was a very good feeling about this hotel when we were here in April, and the same is still applicable this time, too. The staff make this hotel feel warm and welcoming. Housekeeping and cleanliness was excellent, we would like to thank Orhan for leaving our room clean and tidy every day, we saw her a few times during our stay and she was always warm and friendly. We opted to have breakfast and there was always a good selection of items available. Again, the staff in the restaurant were first class, the chef preparing our omelettes was very warm and friendly too, as well as the staff present in the seating area, they were also very attentive. Everywhere we were in this hotel, the staff were so pleasant and warm. Also worth mentioning is the swimming pool and fitness centre, both are good facilities. In summer the roof of the pool is retractable. In summary, a very nice hotel with very pleasant staff.

Great location with a comfortable stay
Great location. Beautiful pool up at the top and spa/gym! Great experience and service! I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is good stays in busy main street which was for me uncomfortable . The breakfast is good .. rooms are clean ... staff is good but isnot the level of 5 star hotel ... check in and check out is quit comfortable.
