A dieci minuti di macchina dall' aeroporto di Ist.
Certamente un bell' hotel, essendo un 5 stelle. Bella palestra fornitissima, sauna e bagno turco niente di che. La piscina va' usata ad orari alternati uomini e donne. Il servizio navetta e' troppo raro, ogni due ore e solo fino alle 21.

Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo, hotel impeccabile, comodo per un pernottamento nei pressi dell'aeroporto.

ottimo il servizio di camera ed il ristorante,non sufficiente lo shuttle per il centro citta' (parte alle ore 11 locali ed arrivi in centro dopo circa 1 ora e devi fare le corse per prenotarlo).Comunque ci tornerei

Hotel nuovo di appena 3 mesi. Elegante, confortevole, personale disponibile e simpatico. Camere spaziose e ben arredate, vassoio di frutta all'arrivo e molti comfort (cabina armadio con cassaforte, asse+ferro da stiro....) Purtroppo qualche rumorosità notturna dovuta alla vicinanza all'aeroporto.

Otel soğuktu ve klimalar ısıtmıyordu telefon çalışmıyordu,çıkarken resepsiyonda çalışanlar arasında sanırım pro lem vardı ve bu problemi telefonda herkezin önünde tartışıyorlardı ciiddyetten uzak bir durum vardı.

The hotel was not only very pretty and organized and clean, but the staff was very polite. The cleaning lady was very orderly and did do a thorough job! Her babe was Emriyah. Great I will definitely visit Turkey and plan my stay at Retaj Royale Hotel. Thank you!

The property is not maintained well at all. When I entered rooms toilet was very unclean. Area around is not so nice either.

Malgré le fait que l’hotel est coté 5 etoiles, il merite maximum 2. L’aspirateur n’était pas passé, la toilette puait, l’eau était brune. Par contre l’employé qui nous aidé à l’entrée et à la sortie meritait un 5 etoiles. Merci beaucoup Emre pour ton aide.
