Hotel piccolo a conduzione familiare nel cuore di Istanbul vicinissimo ai principali monumenti della città. Ottima gestione con tanta attenzione cortesia e gentilezza verso gli ospiti. Camere piccole ma molto pulite e non troppo rumorose. Colazione buona per la tipologia di hotel.

Delizioso albergo intimo e comodo
Il piccolo hotel, completamente ristrutturato, è davvero gradevole e in ottima posizione per gli spostamenti. C'è tranquillità ma ovvio che non può garantire alcuni servizi accessori delle grandi strutture. La cortesia e gentilezza del personale, sempre a disposizione, danno ulteriore valore. La colazione ottima ed abbondante e in stile internazionale/turco. I difetti sono le camere decisamente poco spaziose, pur ben attrezzate e riccamente arredate in stile e la vicinanza alla moschea di quartiere che comporta bruschi risvegli alle 5.30 del mattino per il richiamo alle preghiera (questo è un limite solo per noi occidentali e non praticanti).

Molto carino e servizio eccezionale
Piccolo hotel con camere (piuttosto piccole) molto pulite, accoglienti, arredate in maniera tipica ottomana. Eccezionale il servizio e la gentilezza dello staff: siamo arrivate dopo mezzanotte e ci hanno accolto in maniera ottimale. Caffè, te, acqua a disposizione 24/24. Wifi gratuito. Ottima posizione (5 min a piedi dalla moschea blu e da Haga Sofia). Molto tranquillo. Letti non grandi ma molto comodi. Rapporto Qualità - prezzo molto soddisfacente. Ottimo soggiorno, da consigliare.

Un gioiellino all centro
Tutto in stile classico/ottomanno. Siamo arrivati di mattina presto (06.00), facendo il check-in (anche se non parlava inglese) ci e' stato fatto un upgrade dandoci la suite e per'altro immediatamente senza dover aspettare il dopo pranzo poich'e la camera era libera. Il giovane alla reception durante il giorno si e' invece dimostrato disponibilissimo, capace e pronto ad ovviare ad eventuali necessita' con un ottimo inglese. Colazione buona ed abbondante. Anche con servizio in camera gratuito. Il servizio navetta Aeroporto-Hotel-Aeroporto e' un fake. Non ci sono venuti a prendere, seppur avevo telefonato giorni prima per conferma ed inviato il form tramite il loro web-site. Al ritorno, la stessa cosa. Prendete un taxi. Circa 60 Lire turche e siete in aeroporto contro le 100 chieste dall'hotel. Per arrivare al Moschea Blu bisogna camminare per circa 10 minuti, ma si fanno con massima tranquillità anche più volte aggiorno per le strette vie della città vecchia. A poche centinaia di metri dal mare. La nostra camera era al secondo ed ultimo piano della palazzina (totale 2 piani) e sentivamo lo stesso le voci della strada e chi si muoveva per le scale. Immagino che le altre camere, posizionate o accanto la reception o al piano sotto-strada siano si più economiche ma sicuramente meno confortevoli. Pagate qualcosa in più per una camera in questo hotel, e la passerete meglio.

Ottima esperienza
Hotel carinissimo in zona centrale, la via sembra un po' periferica ma in realtà siete nella zona centralissima vicino alle moschee principali e a tutta una serie di ristorantini turistici ma molto carini e tipici. La cosa più sorprendete è la cordialità e attenzione del gestore dell'albergo che sfiora quasi l'imbarazzo. Unico punto debole, la nostra camera era molto piccola, ma se non contate di doverci soggiornare per lunghi periodi va benissimo! Consigliato!!

Great little hotel in the heart of Istanbul, all within a walking distance. Fantastic service, we even had breakfast included in the price. Room was bit smaller than expected btu all basic ameneties worked. Call the hotel direct for a better deal.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of the old town
The over-the-top opulence of the hotel is very much a matter of taste - we thought it a perfect fit for the old town! A little worn at the edges, but it's a lovely place, with very helpful and attentive staff and a massive breakfast

部屋の大きさがロフト部分を含めた広さで、家族4人では狭く、スーツケースを広げるスペースもなかった。 調度品とかこだわりがあるが、過ごしやすい空間ではない 観光名所から徒歩圏内、近くに飲食店も多く場所はとても良い。 朝、猫、鳥、犬の鳴き声が多く、朝が遅かったり、騒音が苦手な人はあまりお勧めできない

非常に問題が多いホテルで、最悪な思いをしました。 ・ジェットバスがある為このホテルをわざわざ選んだが、壊れて使えなかった。 ・その時にホテルの従業員を呼んだが連絡しても全く来ないで何度か連絡して、やっと来たが、ちょっと見て壊れて使えないと言った。クレームを入れたがそれは私の仕事では無いと言って放置した。 ・アーリーチャックアウトで朝ご飯を用意しとくと言ったが、用意されなかった。 ・ホテル側にクレームを入れたがまともな返答が来なかった。 以上の事から非常にイスタンブール自体の印象が悪くなった。 It was a very problematic hotel and I had the worst experience. ・I chose this hotel because it has a whirlpool, but it was broken and I couldn't use it. ・At that time, I called a hotel employee, but they did not come at all. I made a complaint, but I said it wasn't my job and left it alone. ・I told them to prepare breakfast for early checkout, but it was not prepared. ・I complained to the hotel side, but a decent reply did not come. From the above things, the impression of Istanbul itself has become very bad.

We enjoyed the hotel and staff very much. If you want a boutique hotel that is designed in the Turkish style, you’ll love it. Orhan was top notch and helped us around the hotel, talking about the city, and is connected throughout the city. The hotel also coordinated our round trip airport transfers.

The location in Istanbul was unbeatable. Truly amazing; however, the hotel was average. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked and it was a bit dated. Also, we were placed in the bottom section of rooms which only had a very small window, so no sunlight. Also, during the night there were kids playing until 2am which kept us awake. It was a bit frustrating. Lastly, the breakfast was good and the staff were awesome.

The staffs there are nice and helpful. They helped me to book different tours and activists around Istanbul. They also helped me to arrange transportation to the airport. The room is nice and elegant. The location is quite convenient and walkable to some of the major tourist attractions in Istanbul.

Good and warm services from the staff. They helped me book different tours and events. Also, they assisted me to travel around Istanbul and the whole Turkiye. The room’s decoration is nice and elongate. The location of the hotel is quite near the plaza containing the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.

The location was perfect about 10mins walk max from the blue mosque, topkapi palace n Hagia sofia 5mins away from Arasta Bazar. Lots of places to eat out. The rooms were very differently decorated ottoman style. The staff Emre, Orhan and Hurside were totally amazing. They were amazing, nothing was too much for them.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a good one. The Buffay breakfast was a lot of fun specially, for the kids they get to order their own kind of omelette It’s a small boutique hotel with a very traditional feel. It is close to everything. I love the old style roads leading up to the hotel.

We had the most wonderful time at the hotel. Each one in their staff were very attentive and they made me feel welcomed at the hotel. They were warm and friendly and they were always ready to assist with guidance and suggestions to visit the best sites and restaurants in town. I recommend this place highly as it is safe, it is clean, and super close to historic sites. The staff made me feel like I was part of their family.Their hospitality went above and beyond my expectations making my trip to Turkey a great and enjoyable adventure. Charming hotel with wonderful staff
We stayed at the Sultan Tughra Hotel for 5 nights. The hotel staff are very helpful and the service is amazing. When we are back the manager Yildiz often serves us hot tea. Yildiz has done the above and beyond to help out when I need some help with the Turkish Airline. I will definitely stay in this charming, old-world mansion again. Anne

Highly recommend
The staff on daily shift is very very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help and give advice on our travel plan. Made coffee and cake upon arrival. The rooms are geogerious though amenity a bit worn out. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend

The photos on the Expedia site and Google are misleading, the rooms are so small two people struggle to fit in the room the room they gave us was underground with no windows no fresh air and the hotel had a very bad odour all around the bathroom facilities are disgusting and no employee speaks english so communication is impossible. I had booked for 4 nights and literally 5 minutes after check in had to leave the property it’s not fit to be a hotel and trying to get a refund you get sent from the hotel to Expedia and back 100 times and the hotel refuses to give the money back even though we were there for 5 minutes.Please think very carefully about wasting your money in this hotel the condition is very very poor and you will regret it.

Dear Kaddour, Our photos are the same on every site and exactly the same as the photos when you arrive at the hotel. All our rooms have windows and are ventilated every day. All of our employees speak English very well, this is the first time we receive such a comment from you. We don't find your comment sincere and realistic.Although we have offered you different options, you have chosen not to stay and your booking type is non-refundable, this is an expedia policy.

Our hotel is in the category of boutique hotel and has been arranged accordingly. Since you have chosen the economy room, it is a little smaller than the other rooms, our breakfast area is arranged only for our rooms. Thank you for your comment.

Séjour Istanbul
Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, un accueil très agréable et chaleureux la réceptionniste étai aux petits soins du début à la fin. Malheureusement la première nuit c’est mal passé pour nous car la chambre ne nous convenait pas mais la réceptionniste a su entendre que celle-ci y’en nous convenait pas et le matin même a fait le nécessaire pour nous changer de chambre et là c’était vraiment juste parfait vraiment une réception comme celle-ci est juste magnifique ils ce soucis vraiment de votre bien-être. L’emplacement est satisfaisant restaurants, cafés, bazars, mosquées, mer tout a proximité.

The staff at Sultan Tughra went above and beyond during our stay to make us feel comfortable in Istanbul. We had to check out early for our flight to Kayseri and they arranged breakfast for us at 5 am. We have never experienced such kind of service before. Thank you.

スタッフは最高にフレンドリーで、丁寧に対応してくれて気も利いています。 ただ、設備が整備が行き届いていません。 シャワーハンガーが壊れていて、シャワーヘッドから水が漏れているのをビニールテープで補修している有様でした。 客室の広さに対して物が多く、少し窮屈に感じます。 致命的なのは、自由に使えるコンセントが一箇所しかないことです。 立地はあまり便利な場所ではありません。
