    You won't beat the location of our newly renovated home! Close to Cornell, Ithaca College, Coscadilla Gorge Trail, & walking distance to Ithaca Commons,South Hill Trail, Bars & Restaurants! Our home has a stocked kitchen, board games, pool table, and also be sure to leave some time for poker nights! The house is built for a fun time! Explore all the waterfalls & state parks in Ithaca while enjoying the Finger Lakes wine region! The perfect home base for exploring all that the area has to offer.



    The Ac units are located in all the bedroom windows!

    Spacious home great for families and large groups.



    There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor all with double/full size beds and upstairs is 2bedrooms with double/full size beds.

    There is a bathroom in each floor.

    Kitchen and living room are on the first floor.



    Guest Access:

    This home is 100% PRIVATE to the renter. This is the 4 bedroom 2 Bathroom listing, for bigger groups please contact host for more bedroom options!



    Other Things to Note:

    Welcome to the city of Ithaca!

    Please note this is street parking only and the driveway on the side of the house is not ours.

    There is FREE street parking on Hudson St and Columbia St!

    This space offers one fully stocked kitchen with pots / pans plates cups etc. Two dish towels and 1 roll of paper towels.

    We provide 2-3 toilet paper rolls each bathroom along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

    One bedding set for each bed, including all linens.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We prioritize your privacy so you can enjoy your vacation uninterrupted. While we will not be present at the property, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you need any assistance or have questions during your stay.

Amenities Galore! Great location!!

We loved staying in this 5 bedroom house while our family was in town for Cornell’s graduation. The pictures online do not do it justice. The home was very clean and big enough to fit our entire family comfortably. There was a dining table that fit up to 10. In addition, there was a game room with a poker table and two arcade game machines our sons loved to play. There was also a small pool table room we enjoyed and darts in another room. In addition, there was a workout area with weights and a Peleton bike. But the piece de resistance was the rear yard area with a nice hot tub, new gas fire pit, Adirondack chairs, new grill, cornhole, and pretty string lights :) We absolutely loved hanging out here. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't hot. I called the owner and they gave some instructions about the buttons but it didn't work. They didn't get back to us. They had said to close the top but they didn't tell us that if we closed the top for a certain amount of time it would heat up. The next morning it was hot but we had to depart by 10am so we didn't get to use it. I was frustrated that they didn't get back to us in the evening and didn't sa3how long to leave it closed to get heat.

Definitely a rental for students NOT FOR FAMILY REUNION

The beds were very comfortable and clean. Location was close to city and sight seeing. Our check in was fine. Host are nice. Keep in mind we are 8 people who rented this place. It was very very disappointing to see that the place where we seat around with everyone was furnished for 2 couples only. The family room has seating for four people. Very disappointing. The dining table is not even our regular small size. it could may be seat 4 people and you would have your dinner plates half out of the table if you set your food in the middle. No way can more than 4 people seat at the table. We took turns eating breakfast and dinner. This is for sure a students rental place which was rented out to us as maybe its empty during summer. The bathroom downstairs had so many issues with the flush we could hardly use it. The cooking utensil were bare minimum. Floors are so sticky and not even so some of us were tripping everyday at the kitchen and dining area. Not safe at all. Definitely a rental for students NOT FOR FAMILIES.
