“The hotel is very nice with a wonderful view on the sea! The service should be definitely be improved!
We stayed there for 4 nights and for 3 times the room was not clean properly!
The first time the housekeeping completely forgot to clean the bath.
The other 2 times no water was put in the room!
We also discovered a candy left by previous guests just below the bed.
For a 5 star hotel it is unacceptable!
Moreover also the restaurant service should be improved.
On the opposite, the concierge...
