“I've been staying from 21 to 25 April in this lovely flat. Nice forniture, very well equipped, strategic and quiet position closed to the beach and to the main places around the cote d'Azur. Everything was perfect. The only suggestion is to put a lock on the parking place. There are only few placed in the complex and everyone parks with no care about the private places. We were not able to park inside in 5 days. ”

They kindly arranged both a flexible check-in and check-out time to suit our schedule, which we really appreciated. Beautyfull flat, and clean.”

“Juan les Pins is a great location! Such a great beach vibe without so many crowds like Nice and Monaco. The studio is convenient to the beach but transportation is needed from the train station, too far to walk with luggage. Also the bed is a sofa bed that is not the best. The management was kind enough to bring another duvet as the mattress on the springs was too thin. If they could buy a good mattress topper this might fix the issue. It was very convenient to have a kitchen. The facilities...
