  • L'Arcadia 13 si trova in una posizione ideale che domina i fantastici servizi del parco resort e la club house e la bellezza dei cieli di San Giorgio e Snow Canyon Views.

    Le foto di questa bella casa non rendono giustizia! L'arredamento di alta gamma e i mobili di fascia alta sono stati arredati in modo che il tuo soggiorno ti garantisca il massimo del relax e ti sembrerà di vivere in un sogno. La grande sala ha un enorme divano componibile in pelle e una grande sedia per sentirsi a proprio agio e godersi la visita tra loro, il camino o la TV. C'è un enorme tavolo da pranzo per famiglie che può ospitare fino a 12 con posti a sedere aggiuntivi al bancone della cucina per sei nell'enorme isola della cucina. La cucina ha elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in quarzo, molti armadietti tutti forniti di ciò di cui avrai bisogno per cucinare e servire i tuoi pasti in famiglia. Fuori dalla porta scorrevole in vetro, c'è una griglia per ulteriori opzioni di cottura, comodi posti a sedere nel patio e un altro grande tavolo con 10 posti a sedere. Coperto e privato per un delizioso spazio di vita all'aperto.

    La camera da letto principale ha un grande letto matrimoniale in questa grande camera da letto. C'è una sedia da lettura e pouf e ha un'altra TV. Il bagno ha doppi lavandini, una cabina doccia, una grande vasca e cabina armadio. Oh così carino. C'è una tana situata in fondo al corridoio, le porte della stalla aggiungono un sacco di fascino. Questa camera dispone anche di TV, divano letto e scrivania. C'è una camera da letto aggiuntiva con letto matrimoniale, tv e un bagno privato completo! C'è un bagno completo accanto alla lavanderia che ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.

    Al piano superiore troverete un'enorme camera familiare meravigliosa. La camera familiare ha un enorme divano componibile in pelle e una grande TV a schermo piatto. C'è un grande tavolo da gioco con posti a sedere per un massimo di otto. Spazio super divertente per alcuni giochi di famiglia. All'esterno si trova il secondo spazio esterno coperto con un comodo divano, divanetto e posti a sedere per altri 4. Goditi la vista del bellissimo Snow Canyon e si affaccia anche sulla fantastica area della piscina del resort. Le migliori opinioni in questo sviluppo elegante. In cima alle scale c'è un delizioso letto matrimoniale nella prima camera da letto che viene fornito con una TV e un bagno full size. La camera a castello è un sogno per bambini che diventa realtà. Due set di letti a castello (letti estraibili gemelli) integrati con scale comunicanti tra loro, un divano letto doppio per un uso versatile e una TV. Questa camera può ospitare fino a 7. Il bagno privato per questa camera da letto lo rende una situazione ideale per i più piccoli. C'è un'altra grande camera da letto cara con due letti matrimoniali e, naturalmente, questa camera ha anche una TV. Un bagno completo in questa camera da letto fa 6 per l'intera casa.

Beautiful accommodations for our large group

This was a perfect place for our large group of 19. Large kitchen, beautiful decor, and rooms with their own bathrooms was key. Loved the proximity to the pool.

Great place

This was the first time we stayed at a place in Arcadia. We really liked our time here, this house was close to pool and super convenient for coming and going. The beds were a little firm for my liking but I still slept fine so more preference then anything. Out stay went by really fast and we wish we would have stayed an extra day because our kids and teenager were loving being there.

Review

Had a great time, thank you. The only minor complaint was regarding a few of the beds. Some of them were extremely "soft" and not comfortable to sleep on. Obviously that could vary, as some might like a bed like that. Also, we did notice quite a few spiders (black widows) on the back patio, and other bugs (maybe small roaches) in the garage, which I'm sure is common for St George, but maybe just some more bug spray around the resort would be helpful.

Great place, but kitchen should be more stocked!

Overall we had a great time. This community is a fun place for kids and adults. The only downfall was that the kitchen wasn't equipped enough with pots and pans and cooking sets. For the 4 families and kids, we had a hard time preparing breakfast and lunch each time and we had to wait for each other to finish using the pans to pass on to the next person. Not enough bowls and serving dishes as well. Other than that the convenience of kids walking to the pool and come back themselves was a great plus. This place is very family oriented and a fun destination to discover:)

Great family getaway!

Great location and amenities. Just a short drive to Snow Canyon, which has several family-friendly hikes and cool features. Many other hikes and bike trails nearby to keep the older kids busy. The pool area was amazing and used everyday. We all thought the (free) arcade games at the Clubhouse were fun too. Definitely would recommend this VRBO and will stay again on the future

Arcadia Resort Fun!

Our stay at Arcadia Resort was so much fun! The house had enough bedrooms that our married children could all have a room with a connected bathroom. The kitchen was open to the family room with a nice patio connected, which led right out to the wonderful pool area. Our grandchildren ran from age 9 years to 1 year, and they all loved the splash pad, pools, hot tubs and especially the lazy river. The inner tubes provided were great for taller people, adults, but we had to take our own for the little guys, or arm floaties. The staff tried really hard to keep towels ready for everyone, which was great too. We didn’t realize before we went that there were games we could play upstairs and games, bikes, and scooters to rent from the club house. There was so much to offer. The also loved the close proximity to the grocery store, it was beneficial because it was just a quick trip to get anything we needed. We didn’t have nearly enough time to enjoy everything we could have done. So much fun!! Cons of the stay: No dish rags and towels to even wipe off a table or counter. I bought awful, expensive ones from Harmon’s because I didn’t take any. Not much dish soap or laundry soap either. Only two trash bags for 17 people for about two days. (We brought some from home in case they didn’t have any) We wished the swimming pool opened at 8:00 am instead of 9:00, and we wish we didn’t have to get to the house sooo late (4:00pm) One thing I’ve liked at other houses I’ve stayed in, is a binder with the basic rules and a guide to the club house, what was there actually to offer us.

Love Arcadia - this unit needs curtains and more silverware

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at Arcadia. We love the complex and think it's a great place for a family vacation. We bring our boat to use at Sand Hollow and are happy to stay at Arcadia and drive the distance. This unit was overall very nice. Decorated very well and the location is perfect - one of the best located units at the resort. We loved playing glow in the dark boche ball on the lawn out our door. Pros: perfect location, loved the large outside table with plastic plates and cups and the upstairs book collection and games for kids, etc. Con: this unit has pull down shades in the bedrooms that let in a lot of light - which is good during the day, but terrible for sleeping. We wanted to put our little kids to bed early to enjoy some adult time, and it didn't get dark in their rooms til 10pm. Also the light from the patio as well as living room come into the Master Bedroom. The downstairs front bedroom has a street lamp outside that shines in all night. My baby screamed the first night from all the light. No one got good sleep. THIS UNIT NEEDS BLACKOUT CURTAINS! Con: Kitchen inadequate. There is only silverware setting for 8 people. And the pots and pans and serving bowls were very small. Like meant for cooking for a family of 4. Our group of 11 found it very challenging cooking and having meals in this unit. Also I called ahead of time to ask if things like salt and pepper, paper goods, etc would be stocked in the unit and the employee didn't know. She took down my name and said she would call me back, but never did. We arrived and there were no paper towels or napkins at all. There were salt and pepper shakers - filled with pepper, but no salt. Is this normal? Very disappointing since we stopped at the grocery store on our way in and easily could have brought those things if we had known... If these major things were fixed, we would consider staying in this unit again.

We had all our meals out there. Amazing location near the pool but not too close that you could hear pool noise. The only downfall was we had to keep asking for extra things. For example, the house only came with one extra trash bag. 16 people for 5 days needs more than one extra bag! :) But the staff brought what we needed quickly. Overall great stay. We will be back.

The pool and lazy river was another favorite and right outside our door.

Weekend Tri Family Stay

Excellent! 3 families with 16 people in total stayed very comfortably in this beautiful home. It was great! Our favorite part was simply grilling out back and playing at the water park. Nice job Arcadia.

We used to stay at Entrada, but the pools, hot tubs, and club house make Arcadia a huge step up for our kids. They spent hours at the pool and clubhouse every day. (and it's heated in the winter which is a huge bonus). We went hiking in Snow Canyon and also drove a quick 45 minutes to golf in Mesquite as well as at Sand Hollow. Great location! Four Seasons house: We couldn't have asked for a better location. It's definitely a plus to back up to the amenities. The back patio walks right out to the pool, and the views of Snow Canyon and the resort from the upper deck/patio are amazing. The house is clean and we loved the decor (simple and comfortable). Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which made it great for our large family. It's perfect for even 2-3 families. We will definitely stay in this unit again!
