  • Paradise Pool House features a year-round heated private pool with a custom waterslide and waterfall that the whole family will love! Located on the east side of the resort, the home offers unobstructed views of Snow Canyon State Park from the pool, patio, and balcony — perfect for relaxing while the kids play. With spacious indoor and outdoor gathering areas, Paradise Pool House is designed for unforgettable family vacations year-round.

    The luxury private amenities are the shining star features of this home. Bring up to 30 people with you to enjoy a private swimming pool, hot tub, a custom movie theater, games and MUCH more. Treat yourself to poolside s'mores over the large fire pit or fire up the built-in grill for a BBQ dinner. While you'll definitely want to spend some evenings enjoying the outdoor amenities, don't miss out on a movie or game night in the basement. Enjoy the 110" screen, surround sound, and comfortable sectional sofa seating. As if that wasn't enough, there's still much more fun to be had at this home with plenty of indoor games. We had a great time during our stay! The place was clean and well-kept, and the pool with the slide was a huge hit with us. There was a brief issue with cloudy pool water, but the host jumped on it and got it fixed right away. Communication overall was excellent, quick responses any time we reached out. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

The house was spacious, clean, and had everything you could need for a large group. Plenty of pool towels, extra blankets, and cookware! The outdoor grill was perfect for BBQs and the large dining table was ideal for family breakfasts! The community pool with the slide and lazy river was a great addition to keep the kids entertained outside of the home! The additional garage fridge was perfect for drinks to save space in the main fridge for food. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

We had a great experience staying here! The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The homeowner was very responsive and available during our stay to quickly take care of a couple of minor issues, which we really appreciated. Overall, it made for a smooth and enjoyable trip. The home needs maintenance. We had to replace the flush plug on the toilet due to no response. The downstairs needed a deep vacuuming. That is just for starters. We came home from dinner and found a dead mouse at the bottom of the stairwell. The carpets need cleaning. However, the pool was well maintained, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We won't be staying there again.

Perfect for a large group

Loved the large areas where we could gather together AND the many bedrooms and bathrooms that allowed for privacy as well. Pool was perfect. Plenty of seating inside and out. Beautiful views.

The Santa property was an amazing place to stay with things for everyone to do inside and out. The private pool was exceptional and all the kids are already asking when we can go back.

Our fifth trip to St George area. We usually have stayed central in Washington, but this worked out fine. Nice having a Harmon’s grocery nearby.
