“Is the best place, location and host”

“The host was unresponsive as soon as we got into the apartment. The WiFi didn’t work and that made the TV not work. So we had no TV or WiFi for 6 days because the host would not answer. The house was cleaned but not deep cleaned. The couch, curtains and walls were all dirty. And there were a lot bugs in the apartment. The listing was incorrect also. No hot tub, no iron, no hair dryer and no oven. The host needs to work on this place if she wants it to rentable. Luckily Vrbo compensated us for...

“Great location, modern, clean and quiet rooms. Courteous staff. suggestions: Bathroom door didn’t work. They seemed completely unaware which is disappointing considering number of rooms and how obvious the issue was. They offer another bedroom but didn’t have the view/balcony of first one. Provide Local TV channels, everything was YouTube, Spotify and paid apps.”
