Benvenuti a Casa Las Majadillas una bellissima, spaziosa, villa privata con 4 camere da letto con piscina. Scegli tra le varie terrazze coperte e soleggiate e ammira i paesaggi mozzafiato e le viste in prima linea sul Castillo de Iznajar.

Circondato da una splendida campagna costituita principalmente da uliveti ma a pochi passi dal centro storico di Iznajar. Rilassati sulla vicina spiaggia o goditi la navigazione sul lago a pochi passi dalla villa. Iznajar è ricca di storia e ha molti ristoranti autentici tra cui scegliere, shopping e visite turistiche.

L'aeroporto internazionale di Malaga è a un'ora di auto e c'è molto da esplorare in questa splendida zona dell'Andalusia. Le città di Cordova e Granada sono poco più di un'ora di auto e Siviglia circa 2 ore e mezza di auto. La villa è il luogo ideale per famiglie e coppie.

Casa Las Majadillas è dotata di due sale di ricevimento una con TV e camino. Spaziosa zona pranzo / cucina in stile rustico con piano cottura a gas. Le porte-finestre conducono alla terrazza coperta ad arco con zona pranzo e cucina esterna con barbecue.

Al primo piano troverete una spaziosa camera matrimoniale con letto in ferro battuto con splendida vista sul castello, bagno con doccia, w. c & lavabo.

Camera matrimoniale per gli ospiti con letto in ottone e accesso alla terrazza con vista sulla piscina, sui boschi e sul castello.

Due camere doppie con vista sull'oliveto.

Ampio bagno di famiglia completamente piastrellato con vasca, soffione, lavabo e w. c.

Fantastica piscina 8m x 4m con lettini, tavolo con panche e un paio di grandi vele forniscono ombra. Asciugamani per la piscina forniti.

Cucina esterna e barbecue incorporato vicino alla sala da pranzo esterna coperta.

Un sacco di parcheggio privato.

Cooperativa di olio d'oliva nelle vicinanze, aperta solo da metà ottobre ad aprile.

Stayed for a week with friends. Loved the pool and outside areas. Quiet area and hosts really friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the little welcome pack. Both double bedrooms had good a/c units that were quiet at night on sleep setting. The little restaurant next to the petrol station had good food - probably the best in Iznajar!

We were impressed with the layout of the property. It looked good on the internet and was better in real life with quick access to nearby quaint Iznajur. Laid back spanish experience with a refreshing pool! Hosts are great!!

We recently stayed in the villa, the views are amazing, it’s peaceful and the villa is decorated and presented up to a very high standard. Questions before we arrived and during our stay with the property owners were answered quickly and with more information than we required. We would absolutely come back to the villa no questions asked.

We had a very chilled week in the amazing villa. It was extremely hot ~40 degrees so lots of time spent around the pool. There was plenty of outdoor space for all 6 of us, 2 oldies and 4 teens. We had a couple of great afternoons at the reservoir and ventured up to the castle one morning. The description does make it clear that only the 2 double bedrooms have AC and the other bedrooms were very hot at night and if these had AC it would be have been perfect.

We would highly recommend this villa, its beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The views looking up to the village are amazing. We spent a relaxing week here chilling by the pool. We also hired a car and drove down to the beach near Malaga recommend by our hosts. You would definitely need a car if you have mobility issues as the village has very steep roads to climb but worth the views. Thanks to Clay and Lesley our wonderful hosts.

Six adults had a wonderful week, enjoying the pool, terrace and many comfortable shaded areas to relax during the day and choosing where to eat in the evening. There were several options 15-20 mins walk away. Clay and Lesley welcomed us and gave very useful advice, for example on playing tennis at the nearby hotel. We recommend the sunset lake cruise. The kitchen is very well equipped, and it was nice to find a lovely big fridge/freezer, coffee-maker and basics such as herbs, oil, clingfilm etc. As per the villa details, the 2 double bedrooms have air-conditioning, which was particularly nice!

We had a lovely 2 weeks stay at the end of June. 2 families wih older teens. The Villa is 1 hr from Malaga surrounded by olive trees. The geography is outsandning with the reservoir and the miles of olive groves. The villa was as descibed, very spcaious outdoor area, lovely views. If you want to be off the beaten path, this is where you want to be. Not far from Granada and Cordoba, and Loja. We had a very nice, chilled holiday. Clay and Lesley are great hosts. Thank you!

The hosts Clay & Lesley were easy to deal with and communication was very good. The villa was spacious, well equipped, with great outdoor space for dining, sitting out and relaxing. Great location with some very good restaurants and bars within 10 minutes of the villa. Overall first class value for price paid, we will be looking to return.

We had a fantastic holiday here! Clay and Lesley were the perfect hosts, there when you need them but left us alone when you don't (they decamp to Malaga during the summer so are not on site), full of useful local knowledge and lovely people. The villa is one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in and we have been using Owners Direct/VRBO for 14 years. The area and views are beautiful, the nearby lake provides some fun activities if you get bored lying by the pool. The pictures don't do the villa justice really as Clay and Lesley had made upgrades since we booked it, and have great taste. We had a fab time and would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful escape.

If you are looking to unplug and recharge this is the place . Stunning property with the most amazing views. It’s remote but fully equipped . The Town of Iznarjar is 10mins walk away. The owners Lesley & Clay greet you at the property and are always available if you have any questions. The property is very spacious and the photos really don’t do it justice. We will be back x

Het is een fantastische villa gelegen bij de olijfbomen aan de rand van Iznajar. Je wordt prettig ontvangen bij aankomst door de eigenaren. Wanneer er iets iets wordt het meteen verholpen. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Cordoba, Granada en Malaga. Het zwembad wordt goed bijgehouden. Al met al een echte aanrader voor een ontspannen vakantie!

We stayed for 9 days and had great week. Clay and Leslie very friendly and helpful hosts. Villa has everything you need and great ambience. The vistas are amazing with a sundowner - in front to the hills and oliver groves, to the right the village and church on top lit up at night. We found the vulla and location perfect for balancing rest, pool, bbq, time with friends - with easy access to places to visit - Cordoba (1 hr); Granada (45 mins); Seville (just under 2 hours) - did great day trips to each. Lake also worth it for kayaks and pedalo's. All around, if you want to get into heart of Andulasia - definitely recommended

Située tout près d'Iznajar, cette charmante maison, de par sa position géographique, est parfaite pour visiter une partie de la région andalouse. En effet, vous êtes à 1h de route environ de Malaga, Cordoue et Grenade. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été conquis par l’environnement de la maison, à proximité des cultures d'oliviers et d'un immense lac avec en prime un splendide panorama sur Iznajar et son église. La présence de la route et d'une coopérative agricole près de la maison ne nous a pas du tout gênés au niveau sonore lors de notre séjour. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Clay et Lesley qui nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous, ont été attentionnés à notre égard et nous ont tout expliqué sur le fonctionnement de la maison. Pour ce qui est du logement, il n’y a rien à redire. L'extérieur, spacieux, invite à la détente et à la convivialité. La piscine, bien que peu profonde (1,20 m), est parfaite pour une famille. L'intérieur nous a également agréablement surpris. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et fonctionnelles. Pour ce qui est de la cuisine, on en a rarement trouvé d’aussi bien équipée... de la cafetière à dosette, à la planche à découper... tout y est ! Tout comme les chambres, la cuisine et les espaces communs sont propres, spacieux et pratiques pour plusieurs personnes. On regrettera peut-être juste le manque de salle de bain ou toilettes au rez-de-chaussée. Pour résumer, nous avons passé dans cette maison un très bon moment loin de l’agitation de la ville et nous ne manquerons pas d’y séjourner à nouveau si l’occasion se présente.

Wij zijn er 4 nachten verbleven. Zwembad en huisje zijn prima verzorgd. 4 bedden zijn 180 cm lang, en dat is voor ons te kort. Het huisje ligt pal tegenover een olijfoliefabriek die 6 dagen per week open is vanaf ongeveer 7 uur in de ochtend tot s avonds rond 19 uur. Die maakt veel lawaai, dus je zit niet in de stille natuur. De eigenaren blijken op de 2e verdieping van het huisje te slapen. Dat hadden wij pas de 3e dag door en geeft toch een minder gevoel van privacy. Wij dachten dat het een villa was en interpreteren dat als een huis wat je voor jezelf hebt. Keuken is een beetje oud en wij misten met 6 man wel een afwasmachine (had ik bij boeken niet op gelet). Voor 4 dagen met overdag uitstapjes hebben wij het er goed gehad. Eigenaren zijn aardig.

La casa es muy amplia y tiene muchas posibilidades para disfrutar al aire libre del porche, las terrazas y la zona de la piscina. En nuestro caso el tiempo no acompañó y lo pasamos junto a la chimenea en los salones interiores. El entorno es muy tranquilo, a las afueras del pueblo y rodeado de olivos. Muchas gracias Lesley y Clay por la estancia. Muy buenos anfitriones.

We verbleven er 2 weken en hadden er een erg leuke tijd. Het huis is erg ruim en netjes en is van alles voorzien: uitgeruste keuken, spulletjes in de badkamer,...Er is ook een groot overdekt terras met een zithoek en een eettafel waardoor je continu buiten kunt leven. Het zwembad wordt goed onderhouden door de eigenaar. Er is voldoende ruimte rond het zwembad met voor ieder een ligstoel. Het uitzicht is magnifiek! Vanuit iedere hoek heb je zicht op het mooie Spaanse landschap en op het stadje Iznajar. De villa is goed gelegen om van daaruit verschillende grote steden zoals Cordoba, Malaga, Granada,... te bezoeken maar er zijn ook gezellige kleine dorpjes in de buurt. De vriendelijke eigenaars zorgen ervoor dat je een zorgeloze vakantie hebt. Wij hebben enorm genoten en vinden de villa een echte aanrader.

I would highly recommend this excellent villa. Eight of us stayed here for two weeks from the 7th July 2018. The owners Clay and Lesley are great and could not have been more helpful. The outside space is really brilliant and the photos just don't do it justice. Everything was fabulously clean and the kitchen is really well stocked in terms of utensils and crockery. We found the villa was too far out of the village to walk (especially in the heat!) but there is a very good restaurant a short distance away at the bridge. The views from the villa are also fantastic (especially of the church and castle up on the hill). In general Iznajar is a good base to do some touring of this area of Spain - we were easily able to do Malaga, Ronda, Cordoba and Granada - and even managed a trip to Aqualand in Torremolinos (which was better than the reviews suggested)!!
