L'ampia vista sulle montagne circostanti e il mare sono mozzafiato.
L'accesso lastricato conduce a Casa Buena Vista.

einfach fantastisch

Wir waren mit 8 Leuten (und 2 Hunden) über Weihnachten hier, ein fantastisches Haus, großzügige Räume, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, Kaminfeuer für den Abend, alles da, schöner Poolbereich, der Platz an sich ein Traum, 360-Grad-Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge, wunderschöne (steile) Landschaft rundherum, der Knaller ist das Glashaus am höchsten Punkt des Anwesens, in dem es, bis die Sonne untergeht, angenehm warm ist. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Weihnachten 🎄 im Warmen

Wir verbrachten die Zeit über Weihnachten und Neujahr in diesem tollen Haus. Alle Familienmitglieder waren sich einig: Diese Finca ist viel toller als wir es von den Bildern erwartet hätten. Natürlich muss man ein paar Kilometer fahren um ans Meer zu kommen. Aber für uns war es ein Traum an Heilig Abend am Pool zu liegen und das Panorama ringsum zu genießen. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist tatsächlich ein (für uns lustiges) Abenteuer. Was das Gründstück und die Finca dafür an Gemütlichkeit und Platz bietet lohnt jede Mühe.. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super und auch der House Keeper ist ein Hilfsbereiter sympathischer Typ. Wir sind nach zwei Wochen ungern wieder nach Hause gefahren und wollen wieder kommen weil es noch so viel zu entdecken gibt.

Great house

A perfect house when travelling with more generations. Fenched pool is so nice and safe with small children running around. You need a god car to drive up to the house, the entrance way is very steap. But over time you learn to manage the drive. But the view is marvellous

Ein wundervolles Haus in einer exorbitant tollen Lage

Das Haus ist ein Traum für einen Urlaub zu zweit oder auch in einer Gruppe. Die 4 Schlafzimmer und die drei Bäder sind separiert, jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich. Kurzum man hängt nicht aufeinander wie oft in kleineren Objekten. Die Ausstattung ist weit über dem sonst üblich anzutreffenden Standard. Endlich gab es auch mal große Töpfe und Pfannen für das Essen einer Gruppe. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, man sollte aber wissen, dass es keinen Backofen gibt. Der Gasherd hatte zwar 4 Flammen aber die Power war nicht so wie sonst bei Gas, aber es ist uns alles bestens gelungen.Die Ausstattung umfasste nicht nur die gute Küchenausstattung sondern auch gab es Spiele für Kinder und eine kleine Sammlung deutscher Bücher. Der Pool war insbesondere für die Kinder eine wahre Wucht ( immerhin Ende Oktober )Er ist groß und tief, man kann auch als Erwachsener gut darin schwimmen. Die Lage des Hauses ist phantastisch. Im Gästebuch wurde die steile Auffahrt beschrieben, wir haben die mit einem Mercedes Vito Bus für 9 Personen nach etwas Übung problemlos geschafft, wenn auch unter großem Gekreische ( Freude ) der Kinder. Der Außensitzplatz mit Blick aufs Meer und in die Berge ist ein Traum. Morgens Sonnenaufgänge und Abends Sonnenuntergänge vom Feinsten. Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, und wir haben schon viele gesehen, das war bisher das Beste. Wenn es unsere Gesundheit erlaubt und die Kinder und Enkel wieder mitmachen werden wir es noch mal besuchen. Ihre Familie Conrad und Meyer-Ruediger ( 4 Erwchsene und 3 Kinder 8,9 und 11 Jahre )

Super Sonne mit Pool

Wir waren mit den Gross/Schwiegereltern da und dank des extra Studios hatte jeder seinen Freiraum. Der Tisch draußen war schnell unser Mittelpunkt. Die Ausflüge zur Alhambra, nach Málaga und Neja waren nette Abwechslungen zum „faulen“ Poolleben. Eine viel zu kurze tolle Woche. Danke auch dass wir so kurzfristig einen Tag zubuchen konnten.

Great house with very nice pool and amazing view

The house is actually nicer than on the pictures. It’s on top of a hill with great views. The house itself has 4 bedrooms. But two have smaller 1.80 length beds. So my feet were a bit out of the bed which wasn’t great. Everything you want is at the location, bbq, sunbeds, etc. The mattress isn’t great, but also the price of the accommodation is quite low. We had a great stay, only thing is, before you arrive at the house there’s a very steep road. If you are not comfortable driving or have a small car, maybe this is not the best choice.

Schöner Ausblick, aber einige Mankos

Vorneweg müssen wir sagen, dass die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Pablo außergewöhnlich gut lief. Alle wichtigen Informationen gab es vorneweg ☺️ Ein großes Lob an den unglaublich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Esteban, der die Schlüsselübergabe machte. Schade, dass eine Kommunikation mit ihm nur auf Englisch und Spanisch möglich ist. Aber mit Schulenglisch und Händen und Füßen klappte es gut 👍🏻 Das Haus steht auf einem Berg/einer Anhöhe und war trotz Navigationsgerät leider nicht ganz leicht zu finden, denn es existiert keine genaue Adresse. Die Auffahrt zur Finca ist „sehr“ steil und nur für geübte Fahrer. Auf den ersten Eindruck machte es von außen einen sehr guten und von innen einen guten Eindruck. Der Blick von oben aus der Ferne auf das Meer ist wirklich ganz wunderbar. Nachdem sich die Euphorie der ersten zwei Tage gelegt hatte, sah man, dass die Möbel im Haus sehr verlebt und dreckig waren und alles eher muffig gerochen hat. In der Küche fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine und es gab auch keinen Ofen, was das kochen etwas einschränkte. Ansonsten waren die nötigsten Dinge vorhanden. Allerdings war das Geschirr und Besteck, da alles draußen in den Regalen steht, leider ziemlich dreckig. Von den Töpfen und Pfannen gar nicht zu sprechen… Als wirklich sauber würden wir das Haus nicht beschreiben. Außer die Bäder, die waren in Ordnung. Als nächstes fiel uns auf, dass kein deutsches Programm über den Fernseher über Sat zu empfangen war, da nach Auskunft die Vormieter anscheinend daran „rumgefummelt“ hätten. Das schmälerte unsere Freude nun noch mehr, denn ein Fernseher wurde in der Anzeige extra deklariert und es wurde auch dafür bezahlt. Mangel wurde zwar insofern beseitigt, dass zwei Tage vor unsere Abreise ein neuer Fernseher angeschlossen wurde, der Internetfähig ist und über Netflix, Prime etc. verfügt., für uns aber nicht mehr wirklich nutzbar war. Sehr sehr ärgerlich und schade ☹️ Der Pool war für uns mit 28 Grad Celsius hervorragend zum abkühlen. Leider fiel uns auch hier auf, dass Sauberkeit nicht groß geschrieben wird. Die Sonnenliegen waren so unglaublich dreckig, verklebt und mit undefinierbaren Flecken übersät, dass man sich kaum getraut hat diese anzufassen. Leider ist es auch nicht möglich, das Haus ohne ein Auto zu einem Spaziergang zu verlassen - zu Fuß über die Auffahrt ist es einfach fast unmöglich zu schaffen. Alles in allem entsprach die Finca nicht unseren Vorstellungen, wir würden sie auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful week in a top location

We staid one week with the family in this beautiful accommodation situated on the top of a hill with a magnificent view over mountains and the sea. Very private, quiet and relaxing; we staid at the very nice swimming pool or visited some of the cities close by. The green house was well perceived to enjoy a coffee after dinner. Again location wise the house is unequaled; perhaps a bit of an upgrade like the towels and kitchen ware would be appreciated.

Ganz toller Ort zum Entspannen!

Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt per WhatsApp und vor Ort. Finca ist toll! Super Aufteilung der Räume und für Familien mit Kindern perfekt. Waren mit 2 und 4 jährigen dort. Pool ist beheizt und wunderbar nutzbar. Alles sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Gänzlich zu empfehlen.

Super Haus für große Familien

Das Haus ist sehr durchdacht. Es eignet sich hervorragend für eine große Familie mit mehreren Generationen. Es verfügt über einen gemütlichen Gemeinschaftsbereich und Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Außerdem ist das Haus sehr liebevoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Die Betreuung war außergewöhnlich gut. Unmittelbar nach der Buchung wurde Kontakt aufgenommen und alles perfekt geregelt. Auch weitere Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten 2 Wochen wohl den schönsten Urlaub,den wir je hatten.Die Lage der Finca auf einen Berg mit Blick auf andere Berge und das Meer war einfach fantastisch.Die Finca war so gemütlich eingerichtet,es fehlte an nichts. Auch haben wir einige tolle Städte in Andalusien besucht und die Gegend erkundet. Wir möchten uns auch nochmal beim Vermieter Pablo mit Familie,sowie bei Esteban dem Verwalter für die tolle Betreuung und Tips bedanken.Wir sehen uns ganz bestimmt wieder.

Inserat stimmt mit Gegebenheit absolut überein. Lage, Aussicht, Pool, Haus und Preis Leistung waren top. Einen Grill könnte man zukünftig noch ergänzen. Vermieter war sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Zum Relaxen für ein paar Tage optimal.

Traumhaftes Haus traumhafte Lage auf einer Bergkuppe

Das Ferienhaus hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die herrliche Aussage auf Berge und Meer genossen Man kann vom Haus aus wunderbar in die nächsten Dörfer wandern es war einfach nur schön. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und der Gärtner sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal es war einfach so schön.

Casa preciosa

Ha sido una estancia donde hemos podido desconectar y disfrutar de un entorno tranquilo, en una casa con todas las comodidades, decorada con gusto y unas vistas excepcionales. Repetiremos!

Fantastische Villa

Wir als Familie mit vier kleinen Jungs können diese Villa absolut empfehlen. Die Lage incl Blick in die Umgebung ist außerordentlich, die Anlage und natürlich der Pool fantastisch. In der Villa ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Ideal um in Alleinlage zu entspannen oder aktiv die Umgebung zu erkunden. Vielen Dank Pablo und Esteban :)

Lovely house with beautiful view!

We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely house with its wonderful view on the ocean on one side and into the Sierra Nevada on the other side. The house is very spacious, beautifully furnished and very clean. We had a lovely welcome from Estefano, a local friend of the owners - he came regularly to clean the pool and asked us, if we need any advice or help. That gave us a very good feeling - to know that we could contact somebody any time if neccessary or even just for restaurant tipps. We had enough place with the additional room in the „Studio“ and enjoyed to walk around the house and taste some homegrown fruits like lemons, almonds and plums. The house is very good equipped - there was a very good selection of cookware and plenty of glasses, cutlery etc., so we were able to enjoy lots of Spanish delicacies and home cooked meals in the shady outdoor eating area. We loved to sit on the terrace or to enjoy a sunset drink at the pool. We had no problems to sleep at night due to the air conditioning. We left the house every second day to have dinner in one of the fantastic and really affordable restaurants and found it very convenient to use our hired car parked direct in front of the house. We have very happy memories of our holiday in Casa Buena Vista! And we’ll come again soon!
