Wonderful Cabin
The cabin is the best one we have ever rented. It is exactly as captured by the pictures from the listing. Spacious and renovated, cozy and conveniently located right next to the lake. Also equipped with pretty much everything a guest might need, including a baby crib and children's toys as well as a table tennis and darts for the adults. The laundry room was by far the largest one we've ever encountered. What we would recommend is more silverware and coffee mugs for large groups like ours. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and we don't see a reason why we wouldn't return in the future.

Beautiful Cabin with Amazing View
This place is Amazing!!! The view is absolutely Beautiful!! The cabin had everything you would need. Our property manager Mitch was awesome ! He gave great instructions and directions. Definitely goin back in the summer !

Awesome Family Vacation
Absolutely beautiful place. So welcoming and warm. Lots of room to spread out if needed to but also plenty of room to do things together. We always have a family game night. Absolutely loved the location on Norris and how beautiful it was in this location. We have stayed in other locations. We all voted this the best stay ever.

Perfection
We had a relaxing girls weekend for my sisters bachelorette. I am absolutely obsessed with this cabin. Clean. Organized. Spacious. Literally has everything that you need! I loved to see all of the things for kids and families if I would want to come back with my children. Can not say enough great things about our stay. Super easy walk to the dock and love that it is right across the way from a marina. A definite must stay for any occasion! 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing!
This is an amazing property. It had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation and more! Kitchen was well-stocked for our group who love to cook. Walk to the dock was easy and fire pit location was perfect. The internet worked great and we were even able to stream music out on the dock. Hogan, the property manager was extremely helpful and was always available to answer questions. I would give more stars if I could. We would definitely go back to this house.

Family Fun Time
This beautiful property was very clean, and we had taken two boats that fit nicely on the dock. The design of the home is perfect for a large group of people with separated, living areas in spaces for privacy and quietness. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a great long weekend!

FAMILY VACATION
Property served us well for the size of our group of 16. Each family unit had their own Bedrooms and bathrooms. The bunk room was excellent for the boys which they enjoyed. Most of the time spent was at the dock for swimming and kayaking. We were also able to enjoy a fire in the fire pit on two evenings. There was one area that should probably be addressed. The landing before the steps to the dock was a step down of about 3" and caused some to lose balance when they didn't remember it was there or trip on the edge on the way back up to the main deck. One thought would be to paint it a different color to make it stand out. Also, the tank on the grill was almost out of gas so when we were using it it ran empty. There was a full one available which we used. This is the reminder you asked us for so it could be refilled for the next guests. If anyone is looking for a place to vacation, we will highly recommend this place.

Best Lake House Ever
We have been staying at a different lake house every year for nearly a decade and finally found one that met all our needs: no fighting over beds or bathrooms, good wifi, paved bath to the dock, close to marina, kayaks, well stocked kitchen. We hope to be back!!

Great spot!
Great property for a family vacation. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom and lots of common outdoor areas to choose from. Sloped walkway to lake was great especially for the older members of our family. Having marina so close was an extra bonus. Only thing I would suggest is maybe another full size fridge in the basement.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay
Beautiful, clean, and well taken care of property. Mitch was very responsive when I had to contact him about a couple of little issues. He was also very quick to respond and to correct the very minor issues. The cabin itself is spacious and well-stocked. A very short walk to the lake with a great dock for swimming, fishing, and boating. I would recommend this cabin for any large group.

Great house for family and friends
There were 20 of us total, 10 adults and 10 kids, everyone liked their rooms and had plenty of space. Our favorite thing was the proximity to the lake, there is a paved pathway that takes you down to the dock. The kids had a blast jumping and swimming off the dock. It is a nice quiet area with great neighbors and the host was quick to respond when we had questions. We had a great trip!

Plenty of room
This property is truly amazing. 6 bedrooms- plenty of room for our family of 18. Nice big dining room table along with bar stools and high top so everyone can eat together. Beautiful trees and very nice neighbors. The ping pong table was great fun for the whole family. Two televisions so the kids had a separate area from the adults. We totally would rent this property again. And Mitch is awesome, very prompt getting back to us with questions. Thank you so much for some fantastic family memories!!

The property was just like the pictures. We arrived at night and could not find the driveway and there was not lights in which made it hard to see the cabin. The temperature was 1 degree outside and the cabin was cold in rooms closest to the lake. There were extra blankets to use. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Family Getaway
We took our family of 14 (ages 1 to 82) to this beautiful cabin tucked in the mountains of Tennessee nestled on Norris Lake and it was nothing short of spectacular. The property is very clean and well maintained. It has everything a large family/gathering needs, it even had a crib with a baby monitor in one of the many bedrooms. The back deck is huge and looks over the backyard onto Norris Lake. The property is located in a very quite, peaceful area. Everyone in our family loved the property. A huge plus for me was DoorDash and Instacart delivered to this property. Mitch was very responsive with any questions we had which makes everything that much more convenient. 5 stars all the way around for this property!

Outstanding Property & Host
Mitch was great to communicate with during the booking process and responded very quickly to all messages. The cabin was outstanding in all respects. Just plan on some steep and narrow roads and driveway accessing the property. That is typical of most lake properties on Norris Lake. Overall our group was very pleased with our four-night stay and would recommend the property to others.

Great Location and Cabin!
16 of us rented this property for Labor Day weekend and had a blast! The cabin is fully stocked, the outdoor areas are great, the dock is in a perfect location for swimming! Thank you for letting us experience this place!

Spacious and clean Norris Lake home
Nice Norris Lake home with beautiful views. The home itself was well appointed, spacious and well-cared for with plenty of parking, water toys and other diversions. Owners were thoroughly communicative and helpful when needed and I would say that, overall, we were very happy with the home. A somewhat major negative, however, was accessing the dock from the house. It was all but impossible at times for the older people in our party and complicated with very small children. The path down from the house was steep and made more difficult when wet, and accessing the dock itself required getting into the water and stepping off a very slippery (submerged) step up two feet to the dock. But, all in all, a nice stay and pretty close to being a home run on Norris Lake.

Thanks for the review Michael. I agree with you....the dock is a little awkward getting on when the water level is really high at the lake, which was the case when you stayed. We have a new dock on order that will make it simple to get to the water. We are also reworking the path down to the lake so it will be 100% concrete which will be much easier to navigate.

Great weekend on the lake
We had a great time during our stay. The house was perfect and was conveniently right across the water from Mountain Lake Marina. We rented a boat from there and it was an easy 10 minute kayak to go pick it up. We had 13 guys there for a bachelor party and the house had plenty of room for everyone. The common areas inside were perfect. Great view of the lake. And the outdoor space was very nice as well. Overall this cabin was exactly what we were looking for with the group of guys we had.

Great House!
- [ ] Our family, ages ranging from 4-70 enjoyed the house. It was large enough to comfortably hold all of us while also providing privacy. Five bedrooms with plenty of bunks were great for kids. The location was great; quite, close to marina, not busy, and a great jumping rock nearby that the kids loved. The walk to the lake was easily accessible in comparison to many other houses in the area. The only suggestion would be to modify dock access; we had to walk through the water or use a plank to access the floating dock from the bank, but I believe the water level was higher than normal. Also my understanding is this is going to be modified. The dock was in a cove offering safe swimming for the kids. The walk to the dock also included a fire pit area which we, and especially the kids, (s’mores)enjoyed. Great view. The kitchen was adequately stocked and included plenty of sitting space. Additional folding outdoor chairs and life jackets available. Check in was a breeze. Mitch was extremely responsive. We would definitely rent this home again.

Amazing place to stay!
So we came here for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and the place was perfect. We had 14 people- 3 families with 2 kids each and my parents. House is spacious, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen and easy access to the lake. A short walk down a mulch lined path to get to the lake was doable for our parents who are in their early 70's. Ping pong table and games kept the family entertained during downtime. The outdoor covered eating area with a fan was perfect for meals and hanging out when we had some passing storms. Inside eating areas are large and accommodated our group easily as well. House is located in a very quiet area. One neighbor we never saw and the other we occasionally did and were very friendly. Felt like we were isolated which has not been our experience with some previous rentals on Norris Lake (loud neighbors, or houses right on top of each other. Owner was great about communication and got back to us quickly with any questions. Marina right across the lake was great for gassing up the boat and a grocery store is less than 20 minutes away. This was our 3rd year vacationing at Norris Lake and this house was our favorite one yet. We would definitely would go back to this house without hesitation. Thanks for the great memories!

Great place to stay!
The cabin was beautiful! It's really nice to have 5 bedrooms with their own bathroom. The location on the lake is great! Very close to the marina by boat, but also close to many quiet coves and the jumping rock which my kiddos love. The walk down to the dock is short with a gentle slope. We'd definitely stay here again!

Love Norris Lake
Quittin Time Cabin was beautiful! Mitch was a responsive host who provided a lot of detail about the cabin. The friendly caretaker was also nearby for any emergencies. We loved the dock and the outdoor space. Our host provided a kayak, one canoe, paddles and many life vests. There were also many inflatables and water toys to use. Norris Lake is so clean – and very deep. We had folks from three generations all together swimming. Also outside, the fire pit had 4 adirondack chairs plus many camp chairs. The lake was right out the back door. A little steep, the beautiful path to the lake is well-maintained and had solar lights that helped at night. We loved the back porch, and the covered section provided great shade in the afternoon. The house was spacious for our group of 13. So many gathering spaces that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchen had all the serving dishes you could ask for – bowls, plates and platters! Tons of Tupperware and pyrex, plus a lobster pot and crock pot. The pantry was stocked with a lot of spices, oils, paper products and baking staples. We worked through a few items that needed attention such as not enough silverware for a group of 13 and the two broken toilets. Mitch mentioned on the website that shampoo is provided, but it is not. Definitely bring bar soap and hand soap, since the ones provided were very small. In winter weather, you’ll need 4WD since the driveway and roads are very steep. The entry keypad is on a timer, so check-in and check-out are precise. We had a great stay, despite the broken toilets. Once these are fixed we would happily make a return trip to Mitch’s cabin!

Great family property
Lake house had a well stocked kitchen, lots of kid friendly features, availability of nice life jackets and water toys. We really enjoyed the fire pit at night, ping pong table in the lower level, and outdoor dining area. Relatively easy walk to the lake comparatively speaking. Property manager was quick and very friendly whenever we needed anything. If there was one need it would be an ice maker, we had to get multiple bags per day. Family has ages 12-84 and everyone enjoyed our stay!

Highly Recommend
Perfect space to accommodate multiple families. 5 bedrooms with 5 private baths gave everyone their space and privacy. The bunk bed room for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs. The launch ramp is conveniently located around the corner and the property has plenty of space to park your truck and trailer. The dock is a quick and easy walk from the house.
