The pool and breakfast area looked very nice. The hotel hallways and stairwells were not very clean and looked shabby but when I got into my room, it was extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfy, AC and TV, Fridge worked well. My sheets were a little stained but clean and smelled fresh. ...

She communicated so well with us for everything we needed help with. I was struggling with the fire, and she came over, and she got the fire going for us. That made my night.
