After a day of adventure, come home to relax in the comfortable living room, prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or head upstairs to the private deck and take in the mountain views.

The Space

Bar 7-K is a two-story townhome designed to give families and groups plenty of room to relax while keeping you close to everything that makes Jackson Hole special.

The home features three well-appointed bedrooms and new BeautyRest mattresses, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The cozy living room provides a welcoming place to gather after a day outdoors, while the second-story deck offers a wonderful spot to enjoy the surrounding mountain scenery.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out for a day of adventure or enjoy a relaxed dinner at home. A new washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience, especially helpful for longer stays and active outdoor vacations.

The home does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans and portable fans are provided for guest comfort during warmer months.

A Little About Bar 7-K

So, you are probably wondering, what in the heck is Bar 7-K?

Bar 7-K is the sheep brand my family used on their ranch located not far from the Colorado border in southwestern Wyoming on Coyote Creek.

My family raised sheep, and the ranch consisted of the main house, a bunkhouse, wash house, and barn. My great-grandfather, great-grandmother, and great-uncle Max ran the ranch, although it was mostly Max who did the work.

When my dad and his brothers had ranch duty, one of their jobs was to carry water to the kitchen because there wasn't any plumbing. The same was true of the wash house.

Our Bar 7-K is a bit more hospitable than the original — we hope you enjoy your stay!

Location & Getting Around

One of the best features of Bar 7-K is its prime Jackson Hole location. You can leave the car behind and walk to many of the experiences that bring visitors to Jackson.

Downtown Jackson & Town Square: A short walk from the home, with restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, boutiques, and Western attractions.

Snow King Resort: Located right next door, making it especially convenient for guests looking to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, hiking, scenic rides, and the Cowboy Coaster.

Bridger-Teton National Forest: Outdoor adventure is practically at your doorstep, with opportunities for hiking, biking, wildlife viewing, and exploring the Wyoming landscape.

Jackson is also an excellent home base for exploring Grand Teton National Park, National Elk Refuge, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, and the greater Jackson Hole valley.

A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area, but many downtown Jackson attractions and Snow King activities can be reached on foot from the townhome.

Please observe the following community and property rules:

* No smoking anywhere on the property, including the decks. Smoking is permitted in parking lots only.
* No parties or events.
* No more than 8 people may be on the property at any one time.
* Please keep skis, snowboards, bikes, and other recreational equipment in the garage. These items are not permitted inside the home.
* Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Pitchfork has strict noise regulations, and violations may result in fines.
* Pitchfork allows a maximum of 2 vehicles per townhome.
* One vehicle may park in the private garage directly in front of the townhome.
* One additional vehicle may use an unassigned space in one of the three complex parking lots.
* Vehicles parked outside the permitted spaces are at risk of being towed at the owner's expense.
