Struttura veramente caratteristica in una location bellissima. Jackson è eccezionale. I cottages sono molto caratteristici. Unico neo la colazione. Per il prezzo pagato la colazione è veramente deludente. Il resto è perfetto

Il complesso di chalet e’ adorabile, dentro ci sono tutti i comfort Punti deboli: letto matrimoniale a castello: pittoresco ma non molto comodo La solita terribile moquette per terra! Il prezzo folle Jackson e’ una cittadina bellissima, merita una visita

Bella struttura, comoda per visitare Grand Teton National Park. Noi avevamo il cottage deluxe matrimoniale con una doppia queen in una camera e un sofabed nell'altra. Gli spazi sono minimali per 5, anche fare la colazione non è semplice ed lo spazio per le valige manca; però tutto è molto bello e curato. Negozi e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi.

Excellent
Excellent structure with all comforts. Located very close to Jackson centre in a beautiful mountain scenario. A perfect starting point to sorroundings Teton and Yellowstone national parks.

Check-in stated for 3pm. Called ahead of time to ask for an early check in at 2. They were not ready, so we told them we will plan to arrive at 3pm. We arrived at 3:30 and the room was still not ready. We left to run errands and came back again at 4:15pm and the room still wasn't ready. Very displeased as during our 3 visits to the office, other people had no issues checking in.

Great check in. Clean and comfortable room. Nice amenities (used pool, spa, laundry, continental breakfast). Got lots of sleep in the bed in the quiet cabin! Will stay again.

Respectfully, you were housed in the cabin that you booked long in advance. The front desk staff even went over the Expedia confirmation email number that matched your own. I'm sorry you felt you had a bad stay. In the future, please carefully read over your confirmation email details, before placing the blame on our property and staff. In any case, we wish you well on your travels.

Absolutely best place to stay in Jackson. Individual cabins set in a cowboy village style with all the amenities you need. Park right in front of your cabin.

Nice cabin and convenient for restaurants, activities and shopping. Closer to town than I thought, and the cabin is dark as it is all wood interior. Plenty of lighting though and comfortable. Enjoyed our 4 night stay!

Nice clean place. Indoor hot tub and pool are always enjoyable. Cabin has everything we needed for a night stay(you could easily stay longer) check in was easy and staff is friendly! Would happily stay again

They were working on the cabin next door. The cabin we were in needs new carpet or flooring. It was very small. No where to put luggage.

The cabins are nice and cozy. Not much privacy unless you keep the blinds down. Also parking can be a challenge since it is not assigned and you can end up quite a distance from your cabin, which is not good when it is freezing and snowing outside, like it was when I stayed there. You are lucky if you get a cabin close to the ice house (which I did) but if you are far away from ice there can be quite a distance to get some ice since there is none in the room. The check in was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Noise due to construction in a couple of the buildings but it was quiet at night and didn't start early in the morning.

I like the individual cabins. The property was reroofing several cabins and did not advise. I was informed at 730am by the crew working. Not a pleasant wake up. I informed staff as I left and received very, very cold shoulder. Based on service/communication, unlikely I will return.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. Our construction crew does not start until 9:00am. We are in off-season so this is the time most hotels do our repairs and yearly maintenance as per the slow season before summer starts.

We have stayed at this property several times, never during the winter months however. We obviously really enjoy this property, it's location, service and value. Only complaint was the floors were extremely dirty this time. There wasn't a rug or anything to place wet, dirty shoes from outside. From our arrival, we took shoes off upon entering the cabin only to find several minutes later our socks all were black with dirt from the floors. The floors definitely need mopped daily and were not.

Cowboy Village is conveniently located off Jackson's main road, but as it is set back from the road it's a quiet and walkable community, with easy parking. The rooms were smaller than expected, but the furniture was conveniently arranged so it all worked (though we bumped our heads a few times getting out of the lower bunk bed). Overall, we were happy with our decision to stay at this location.

Small individual cabins. Great for travel with our 2 dogs. Thermostat was off so cabin was super hot, had to basically leave it off or you’d cook. :). Better than being cold. Beds were pretty stiff, fine for me but hard for the husband. Breakfast was available(bagels, yogurt, fruit…) but we chose to eat somewhere with a hot breakfast. Would stay again for the privacy of the cabins.
