“They were out of everything! No fruit! No muffins! Pillows had a terrible smell! Very dissatisfied! The shampoo and conditioner and lotion containers were very hard to use and one was empty! We stayed here before and no problems! Very disappointed this time!”

“Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. ”
