The house is set up for long and short term stays.

**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $300. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.**

House Rules:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or an event.
Pet policy: Maximum of 1 dog under 20 pounds allowed and must be over a year old. No cats. Host is highly allergic to cats. Well trained dogs only. Use of piddle pads is not accepted. Pet must be crated when left alone. Pet is not allowed on furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, or throw pillows. No aggressive breeds allowed per our insurance. The backyard is partially fenced. Non compliance to our pet policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given. No visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.

MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.
