Cozy well appointed 3 level cabin, peaceful views of the MTs, gas fireplaces, private hot tub, comfy beds, linens & robes. Easily accessible while enjoying the ambiance of the private wooded setting in the White MT National Forest. Listen/wade at the Ellis River, hike or snow shoe(provided) out your front door. Just mins to Jackson Village, Wildcat MT, Mt Washington & Glenn Falls. 15 Minutes to North Conway & all the valley's award winning restaurants, shopping, xc/skiing, & activities.

Nice private area of Jackson, surrounded by the National State forest with only a few other cabins in the area. Walk across the street to the Ellis river, and access trails nearby, listen to the sounds of nature. You are only a few hundred feet off NH RT 16 as pictured, so those seeking easy access, and convenience to access nearby attractions, this is ideal. If you want total seclusion the proximity to a main road may not be ideal.

The back of the house is private with a nice view of the wooded area.
The home has 3 levels to spread out and 2 bedrooms and an additional bunk sleeping area on the walk out level. Top floor is a loft with sitting area and view of the Presidential MT's, King Master Bedroom & Bath. Main level is Queen bed, full bath, walk out to back yard, kitchen, dining, porch fire place and living area. Walk out level, is built in bunks, Laundry, game/living area, full bath, and fire place.

Max occupancy 6 adults, but we do have additional room with families that may have an extra child with our additional bunk and sleeping areas. We also have a cabin next door that can host up to 4 additional guests.

We try to price accurately, but due to system limitations some holidays, peak times, may require 3 night minimum stays and rate adjustments due to the seasonality.

PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee.

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS, EVENTS, LOUD NOISE, LATE NIGHTS

Must follow check out procedures, which require to strip beds, start a load of laundry, take your trash offside to our dumpster which is in North Conway. (or you can leave trash and pay a $5 bag fee to the cleaners) and start the dishwasher and clean dirty pots and pans used.

Routine Deliveries for fuels and supplies as well as landscapers and exterior contractors like plows, mowing, yard cleaning, etc set their own schedules and may happen during a guest stay.

Directly in the White Mountain National Forest, however, please note the cabin is directly off Rt 16 which is the main road/access to MT Washington. It is pictured in the photos for full disclosure with is easy to access and a well maintained road in the winter.

Also, the Ellis River is directly accross the street and you can hear it from the cabin and there is paths and a swimming hole nearby.

The town if Jackson has strict regulations. adult occupants can not exceed 6.

NO EVENTS, NO EXTRA GUESTS. I own the other small cabin on the lot next door, so please respect the others privacy and space.

Due to system limitations, we may need to adjust your request to adjust for seasonal pricing or require 2-3 night min stays for peak periods/holidays

Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night.

Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we can not guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
