Posizione perfetta per Storyland, piste da sci, escursioni e North Conway

La nostra casa vacanza si trova nella zona di Mount Washington, nel New Hampshire, negli Stati Uniti. Il condominio ha circa 1.700 piedi quadrati (~ 165 metri quadrati) e ha una vista diretta sul Monte Washington e sui burroni. Camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato, una seconda camera con due letti singoli e un ampio soppalco con altri due letti singoli. Il primo piano ha un secondo bagno completo, cucina, foyer e un ampio soggiorno con soffitti alti (~ 16 piedi). Tavolo da pranzo (posti 6-8) e angolo colazione con tavolo più piccolo (posti 4). Dal soggiorno è possibile uscire sul ponte con vista sulle montagne. Altri servizi includono TV LCD, radio, lettore CD e DVD, pianoforte / tastiera elettronici, accesso wireless a Internet, computer (quindi non devi portare i tuoi), stampante per biglietti scontati online, lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, griglia all'aperto, ecc.

La stampa fine: non fumare, niente animali, occupazione massima 6 persone, c'è una rampa di scale per raggiungere l'ingresso principale.


C'è molto da fare tutto l'anno. Sci invernale, con almeno quattro grandi aree sciistiche in 10 minuti di auto. Attitash, Cranmore Mt., Black Mt., Wildcat sono solo alcuni esempi. 30 minuti di distanza si ha accesso a Bretton Woods, Canon Mt., Loon Mt. e altro ancora L'estate è la cosa migliore per le escursioni o il golf. Nella nostra casa troverai una guida alpina, mappe dei sentieri e uno zaino. I bambini di età pari o inferiore a 12 anni (nonché gli adulti) possono godersi Story Land a pochi passi. Tre o più campi da golf si trovano nelle vicinanze di Jackson, Eagle House e Mount Washington hotel. Mount Washington ha diversi modi di accesso. Puoi guidare su Mt Washington su una strada panoramica o salire su un furgone. La ferrovia a cremagliera con autentico motore e automobili della metà del 1800 è la più divertente (oltre alle escursioni) per salire sulla montagna (su pendenza a 45 gradi). L'autunno è pieno di colore, il New England è una destinazione di viaggio per il bellissimo fogliame. Altre attrazioni, gite in slitta invernale austriaca nel vicino villaggio di Jackson, negozi e punti vendita a North Conway, a 10 minuti di distanza, e numerosi ristoranti e caffè.

We stayed a week with two kids and grandma in this great condo. Website photos don’t do the justice to the great location, 360 degree views and all amenities inside. It definitely exceeded our expectations.Kitchen is great and having real fire in the thermostat-controlled stove/fire place is priceless when you come from cold and snow adventures. Wood panels on the walls and ceiling add to the charm and warmth of the living room and loft. Kids absolutely loved the loft with little pool table, beds and had a lots of fun there and having their own space. We did a lot of skiing and site seeing. There are numerous locations for downhill, cross country, not to mention many backcountry trails in close proximity to the condo.There are plenty of shopping, dining and great tourist attractions within 10-20min drive. Still there was simply not enough time to visit all the places we wanted. We would love to come back to this very condo again.

My family and I loved every bit of our winter getaway here! The place was clean, heat worked great, all instructions/communication with the owner were very clear and the views from the location were absolutely breath taking. We didn't want to leave! The place was quiet, cute, cozy and comfy. There was also a washer/ dryer available which was such a convenience. Definitely will be back! 10/10

We (5 adults) spent a long weekend here during the peak leaf change. I can’t imagine a better view from any other condo in the White Mountains! Absolutely gorgeous! The condo was at the back of a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to all the hiking and activities we had planned. The inside was a bit dated but that wasn’t the reason for the trip so it didn’t really bother us. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The condo was roomy for the five of us. There were plenty of bath and hand towels but only two wash cloths. The checkout process was a bit tedious but it definitely would not stop us from staying here again!

Came up for hiking and fall colors. Great location for hiking trails Beautiful views from apartment but brought chairs to sit out on lawn with even better views. Very well stocked for cooking and dining. Probably the cleanest rental I’ve been in. We’d definitely go back.

My family and I truly enjoyed this cozy and clean condo in the heart of the white mountains. The views were phenomenal, the beds were comfortable, and there was ample space for my family of five. Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Property was nice, however, we were surprised that we needed to make our own beds upon arrival, strip the beds upon departure. Empty the dish washer before leaving, which delays departure and follow a series of shut down procedures which normally are handled by a cleaning staff. There was a complicated heating system to warm the living area. Finally figured it out on last day. Just want others to be prepared and not expect walk-in-ready conditions. Nice Location.

Great location for enjoying the mountains of New Hampshire, whether from the deck with a cup of coffee or on foot on a hiking trail. A short drive to Vintage Bakery, North Conway, Jackson, Crawford Notch, and Pinkham Notch. The condo itself is comfortable and well equipped for self-catering, and communication with the owner was friendly, prompt, and accurate. Did I mention dark skies for stargazing? Would love to go back!

My family and I were extremely happy with our 10 night stay at Christmas Mountain.The property was immaculate and very comfortably furnished. All of our needs were met and surpassed. Fresh bedding, thick fluffy towels, a fully applianced kitchen, even games and books to enjoy. The chalet was spacious with a spectacular mountain view. Our hosts couldn't have been any nicer. They quickly responded to any of our questions, and offered great suggestions for local eateries and things to do. We give them the highest recommendation, definitely super hosts.

Fred was an outstanding host and his home was even better than advertised. The view was beautiful, comforatble beds, quiet and peaceful. The communication was crystal clear from the moment we booked. Great stay and we will definitely be back!

Overall, Fred's condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. My wife and I, along with our daughter and her family were looking for a condo convenient to Story Land and North Conway but at the same time away from the busy downtown area. This condo checked all the boxes and then some. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Fred was an excellent host as well. We didn't have any issues, but when I did need to reach out to him he responded promptly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Fred as an owner and his condo as a property and would visit it again the next time I vacation/getaway in the North Conway area.

Beautiful views and plenty of space! Great location for skiing and hiking. We went to Attitash and Jackson XC skiing; both of which were a short drive away. The gas fireplace was very nice- warmed us up after a day skiing and creates a lovely environment. There is plenty of common space and seating. The check-in list was a little intimidating, but it went smoothly and didn't take long at all. Overall, we had a great stay!

Me and my family booked a last minute trip to NH and stayed here. The property was in a great location, central to all we had planned to do. The property was spacious and well equipped. The owners were great with communication, answering all of my questions in a timely manner. My favorite part of our stay was the amazing views from the living room and deck.

A very spacious, well-stocked condo with a fantastic view of Mt. Washington. The condo gave the 5 adults in my party plenty of privacy and we cooked many meals in the kitchen. The location is quiet yet close to many activities (N. Conway, Attitash, Pinkham Notch, etc). Fred was very responsive to any questions we had. An enjoyable stay!

First time we've rented a condo in this section and was very pleasantly surprised. Tons of seating and a nice wide open living room. Plenty of beds and places for people to also have privacy away from others. Unexpected great views of the mountains right from the kitchen table was a lovely bonus. Road noise was minimal/not existent compared to other experiences in the area. Kringles pizza was delicious and convenient. Everyone had an awesome time and would stay here again. This is not at all a complaint, but only thing we haven't experienced before was the water was turned off for the unit and part of the check-in included instructions to turn it on which only took 30 seconds. Mentioning this just because it scared us a little when we went to wash our hands upon arrival and none of the faucets worked LOL. Lovely stay and a thank you to Fred!

This was the perfect place for our ski trip. The view of Mt Washington is just magical. Kids had a blast in the loft. We would definitely stay here again next time we vacation in the area.

Spacious and comfortable. I came with my three kids and a nanny; she stayed up in the loft and we took the two bedrooms downstairs. It was easy to find, easy to get in, well equipped with kitchen stuff, and a gorgeous view. 10 minutes to Cranmore, 10 minutes to Attitash. Great setup for a ski weekend!
