“We stayed here for two nights, and i had booked it for 4. Our room wasn't an # but labeled as "lounge". It was actually the JANITORS CLOSET. Our room was inside, attached to the janitors closet with dirty floors, cleaning supplies, and random items (GROSS), with only one bed and a sofa bed. The photos were very inaccurate to what the room actually looked like, so i was extremely disappointed. “Excellent staff and rooms. I also had a balcony with a view. The dinning area had great food, but it was pricey. I guess that figures since it’s one of the premier Miami Hotels. The Hilton and Marriott share a nice attached shopping mall. I also liked the bayfront park nearby. It would have been nice if the hotel had more than one dinning option. They have a lot of their space devoted to convention halls.”

“I had to pay a $600 deposit for 4 nights!!! The staff at front was easily annoyed especially the one who checked me in. He was rude and instead of telling me what I needed to know he came to 21 floor to tell me how to get in condescendingly. When I asked about checking out the next morning at 4am I was rudely informed that the desk was open 24 hours. When I checked out I didn’t receive any invoice showing the deposit or that I would be refunded.”

“Long overdue review, but this was a really great stay! It seems like a new build and it is an apartment-style stay. I had a 3-night stay with my mum and sister around mid-May and had the 2-bed, 2-bath unit. The staff are great and really nice, always ready to help either with information or sorting things out with the stay (they will email with confirmations and other information; don't be like me and actually look at it beforehand). “Room was great, very clean and plenty of room. Pool was on the roof and a great vibe. Unfortunately, to no fault of the property, all the buildings around it are being built aka under construction but did not keep us awake. Gym is also a huge pro on the 33rd floor ”

“Perfect location close to Brightline, the Omni, museums, and Bayfront. We also loved the hotel. It was top notch. Service was great and the view from our room was incredible.”

“The room was different from the one we originally booked. Only boiling hot water came out of the bathroom sink because the faucet was broken. Out of the three bulbs in the ceiling light, only one was working. The bathroom light fixtures were covered in dust, and the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted. Overall, the place felt neglected and so the guests.”
