“My daughter, who is 18, arrived before me and was not allowed to check in. The policy is 21 to check in though. The hotel did refund our stay amount.”

“It was clean but there is no longer a swimming pool as advertised.The breakfast consist of cereal and bananas.Had to leave property to eat.No coffee pots.”

“Paid for an handicap accessible room was only offered a regular room yet handicap rooms went vacant during tge stay. No breakfast offered. No television available outside 3 channels. Upon checkin the bathroom had not been fully cleaned. I have spent several nights here over the last 6 years; however, overall experience keeps going downhill. ”

“This place should not be on Expedia AT ALL !!! Grounds not clean ,Pool closed and covered with tarp , people loitering in the parking lot and other people standing in the parking lot smoking Marijuana as if that is a totally acceptable thing to do in public . place did not look safe and I wasn't about to let my grandkids even get out of the car . Of course by the time I saw that this place was not what it was advertised to be , it was too late to cancel and get a refund so I just lost that money...
