“I loved this place. The location to the Duval and sunset areas is amazing. The property is well maintained and authentic to Key West. A pool in the garden is a bonus as well as nice greenery and iguanas walking around to watch. Carolina was extremely helpful accommodating late arrivals and early departures. Her communication was excellent.
I would stay here again.

“From the moment we checked in, where we were greeted warmly and given a free drink and tons of great information and recommendations, until our last little wonderful free breakfast here, we loved every minute. The location really can’t be beat and the pool area was lovely. It’s very near the Hemingway house and the Butterfly Consevatory, and right off Duval Street. Rooms are compact, but clean and cool! We loved it and will never stay elsewhere. The staff, every one of them, were fabulous! ”

“The overall experience was better than i expected. The location was close enough to Duval and all the restaurants/bars yet quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. "Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata deludente. Avevo prenotato mesi prima una stanza doppia letti queen con vista sull’oceano e spazio esterno (lanai) per i miei ultimi 2 giorni di viaggio di nozze ma purtroppo al mio arrivo mi comunicano che non è disponibile e quindi posso avere una stanza vista retro hotel finestra sigillata. Oltre il danno la beffa perchè mi propongono 500$ di credito in hotel per la differenza di prezzo. Chiaramente ho rifiutato. Ho chiesto il rimborso. Mi propongono offerti dei drink al bar. Alla fine del soggiorno li ho pagati. Il giorno dopo il mio arrivo mi fanno trovare una bottiglia di prosecco in camera forse per scusarsi o forse per il matrimonio da bere con finestra chiusa vista tetti arruginiti. Chiaramente non l’ho bevuta. Provo a fare una chiamata internazionale e non è consentito. La struttura in generale è gradevole ma sopravvalutata. Avrebbe bisogno di molta manutenzione. La colazione buona. Il mare durante il mio soggiorno era impraticabile…"
