“I checked in around 3:30 PM and was assigned a room on the 4th floor. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed spots on the bed sheets. I immediately contacted the front desk and was told someone from housekeeping would come replace them. By 5:45 PM, no one had come, so I went back to the front desk. “Our experience was very different from what the reviews led us to expect. The room was very bright and freezing cold (55°F) when we arrived, and it took us a while to figure out how to adjust the A/C. The hot water in the kitchen took a long time to heat up, and there was no dish soap or sponge provided. The floors were so dirty that my socks turned black. Breakfast consisted mostly of sugary, high-calorie foods, and the coffee was bitter. The front desk staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming....

“When we checked in no one asked us for a security deposit for our dog. When I was checking out the front desk person was surprised that we did not leave a deposit. We are now in your Macon, GA. hotel and I told the person at the front I had a service dog . All she did was had me fill out a form & a small $25. refundable deposit Just thought you should know”

“The staff at this location were friendly, kind and very informative. They had great customer service skills. The room was very clean, parking was great and every guest that used the pool have a great time. We came to this location to attend the Fireworks show across the St. Johns river. The staff gave us great positive feedback on where to go. We had a great time and a great stay. We will definitely come back to this location.”
