“Our experience was very different from what the reviews led us to expect. The room was very bright and freezing cold (55°F) when we arrived, and it took us a while to figure out how to adjust the A/C. The hot water in the kitchen took a long time to heat up, and there was no dish soap or sponge provided. The floors were so dirty that my socks turned black. Breakfast consisted mostly of sugary, high-calorie foods, and the coffee was bitter. The front desk staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming....

“What a great hotel this was. Everything was perfect. Availability of washer and dryer right next to the gym where you could do a workout and also complete the cleaning of clothes. Awesome breakfast! The choices were amazing and the food was just great. Best stay of anywhere on the trip”

“Rooms - clean! Bed, pillows heavenly; Sunny / lit, air-conditioned, black-out window shades, stocked soaps and shampoo /conditioner, safe, quiet. Staff / front desk - friendly! Breakfast - nice! Pool - nice! Gym - small but worked: treadmill, elliptical machines and weights.”
