“The hotel was ok. I was only there for one night but it was ok”

“The room was clean but it definitely needs to be updated and deep cleaned. The bed was hard as a rock. I stayed for 7 days and asked for more towels day 4 from the cleaning crew and she told me no. I waited 20 min at the front desk to check in I had to call the hotel to get someone to come up and check me in. It wasn't a horrible experience but I won't stay here again”

“I made a mistake choosing the wrong month while booking. The mistake is on me, but I immediately called after hitting ‘submit’ on the payment. I gave a 1-star based on the fact the hotel would not cancel and rebook my request for the next month without paying the whole stay twice. I had even added cancellation protection for a the unplanned cancellation, but the original date was too close. I ended up booking the next month’s stay at another hotel. *This review only speaks to the no leniency...

“The breakfast was fresh with the exception of the oranges which were past their time and dried out. There was very little wifi available. It kept going on and off. Also the television kept going on and off. They did change our room but the problems continued.”
