“Had a issue with our 1st room the door wouldn't lock but they quickly moved us to another room. The water pressure in the shower seemed kinda weak and my wife was awakened by by ants crawling in the bed they were on the floor as well”

“Arrived late and was told breakfast would be set up in the area off the lobby. In the morning nothing was set up. It was all behind a counter. I went to order coffee and nobody was at counter. After 10 min somebody came out appearing like they were preparing a to go order, and said he'd be with me in a few minutes. I left after another 10 min waiting.”

“The advertised breakfast buffet is $11.99 per day per person. The posted hours are 6:30-9:30. We arrived at 9am. No plates, no napkins, no bacon, no cups, no mixed fruit. A few pieces of breakfast meats that appeared to have been sitting a while. No biscuits and gravy. The cooked foods were all about gone, and it appeared that they were more focused on finishing up the breakfast for 9:30 rather than bringing out more foods for those of us who came later in the morning . We voiced our displeasure...
