“Booked a “1 King Bed with Sofa bed, Balcony, Oceanfront (Balcony)” with check in time that starts at 4 PM and ends at 5:30 AM.
I show up and the room given to me was a room on the first floor with a balcony facing closed shops and flipped tables. When I complained to the receptionist, the explanation I got was that “we checked-in late…”.
There are no mentions of what is considered “late check-in” while booking. For all I know I could’ve showed up at 4:05 PM and they would’ve told me my room...

“Staff was kind and friendly, room was a nice size , clean, and beds were very comfortable. Homemade cookies were a big hit after 3:00. They had a Mexican restaurant right next door.which has great food. Jacksonville Beach is under a 10 minute drive. Great place to stay and close to everything you would need. Looking forward to going back soon.”

“Very clean. Impressive how clean since steps from the sandy beach. Small ocean view from master is awesome. Softest sheets and towels. Great location. A/C was also very good. Would absolutely stay here again if come back to JAX. ”

“Great place! Just what we needed. Nice and quiet. Convenient to Mayo Clinic, the reason for our visit to Jax. Wish we could’ve taken advantage of the pool and outdoor space, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Maybe next time! ”
