“My bill was correct but more $ was taken from my account so I am hoping they are giving me a deposit return.”

“Bathroom was disgusting. If we weren’t only staying one night we would have requested another room. Bathtub was stained and toilet was black in spots. This is unacceptable in a Marriott hotel, even lower tier.”

“We arrived after 11:00 PM from a long flight. The front desk managers were so friendly and extremely helpful as I couldn’t find my wallet although my Resversation was paid in advance. I began to panic because I had my drivers license in my wallet. The two of them commonly begin to ask me for other photo ID and that worked out.
