Step outside to your private backyard oasis - designed for entertainment and relaxation. Take a dip in the heated saltwater pool or unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Challenge friends on the putting greens with sand traps, enjoy a game of ping pong or shuffleboard, and gather for night chats by the fire pit. The covered outdoor lounge with TV and dining space is perfect for al fresco meals and evening hangouts.

Inside, you'll find bright, open living areas with plenty of room to spread out. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and everything you need to cook and entertain. The main house offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the private casita features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, it's own half bath, and an outdoor shower.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.

DOG FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
