Gioiello della corona dell'oceano di Amelia South

È tempo di scacciare le tue preoccupazioni. Vieni a goderti una vacanza in famiglia o un fine settimana nella nostra casa di fronte all'oceano ad Amelia South. Vi sentirete a casa nel nostro condominio recentemente ristrutturato e splendidamente decorato con mobili da cucina smaltati, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, soffitti in legno di pino, piastrelle in gres porcellanato, tendaggi personalizzati e per non parlare di modanature della corona in tutto.

Godetevi la comodità del primo piano con vista che normalmente si ottiene solo dal secondo piano e oltre. Passa solo 20 metri dal tuo balcone alla piscina o a soli 30 metri dal lungomare. Basta trasportare sedie, asciugamani e giocattoli da spiaggia su lunghe rampe di scale o in attesa di ascensori occupati. Questo condominio si trova nel centro di Fernandina Beach, vicino a molti ristoranti famosi ea pochi passi dal famoso "Surf Restaurant" dell'isola (ristorante all'aperto con musica dal vivo e tiki bar). Siamo a pochi minuti dal bellissimo centro storico di Fernandina dove ci sono molti negozi specializzati, dietro l'angolo di molti campi da golf, e solo trenta minuti da Jacksonville.

Questa unità ha due camere da letto e due bagni con un letto queen-size e una cabina armadio nella master suite, due letti matrimoniali nella seconda camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nella tana. Tutte le camere hanno combo DVD-VCR tra cui il Den. Questa unità può ospitare comodamente fino a otto persone. Il golf, lo shopping, il prendere il sole, il surf, la pesca o semplicemente rilassarsi in spiaggia sono la tua attività preferita; Le spiagge incontaminate di Amelia Island è il posto per te. Honestly, it was in a perfect location with excellent communication from the owner. It was well stocked, clean, and comfy. The only thing I would change is to consider a lower bed and make it king-size for the master bedroom. It is a little challenging to get into bed if you are short or elderly. However, this would NOT prevent us from renting again! The pool, ease of getting to it, and the beach were fabulous! Thank you again for a great stay!

This property is everything you see in the pictures and more!Loved the 1st floor access. The pool and walkway to the beach are literally right out the back sliding glass door.Everything was in working order. The master bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on! The property owner was very responsive.The only thing that was challenging for us is the checkout was 10 AM. However when we asked the owner, she allowed us a check out of 11 AM. Which was still a bit challenging. Otherwise, this was an absolutely beautiful property, a clean property, and so relaxing. Also worthy of noting is that horseback riding on the beach is available within 1 mile of this property (although a bit expensive at 200/hour) but what an amazing experience! We also did goat yoga, which was hysterical and that was relatively close to the property as well.Our joke was that everything was within 1.5 miles of the property.

My husband and I came with my daughter, son in law, and our 9 month old grandson. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Our favorite part was its first floor location… super easy access to the pool and the beach. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

Two night stay. Condo is exactly as seen in pictures. Very clean and nicely decorated. Communication was excellent. The pool was right beyond the patio. Very convenient to beach. Would recommend to others.

Thank you Amy for being so kind, thoughtful and checking in with us making sure we had everything we needed for our stay.The condo was lovely and clean! The information about the condo was very accurate. Enjoyed the awesome view and having coffee in the mornings on the porch! Great not having to deal with stairs or elevator! There’s so much to love about this condo! First for us is always the view, and this condo has fantastic views of the water from inside and from the patio. We watched dolphins swim by while we ate breakfast. The hosts have provided every comfort in their very clean and well-appointed condo. And the convenience of being on the first floor with easy access to the beach was a big plus. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, better experience, to rest and renew for a few days, or for better hosts to work with. Amy shared restaurants that her family enjoyed and we prepared to gain weight to try them all. We will hopefully be back in the near future and this is where I’d like to stay.

First, let me say Amy And Adam are great hosts. They are very responsive and offered us plenty of information to help us plan our trip days ahead of our arrival. As far as the condo, I was really pleased with thesize, cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Two grocery stores are conveniently located close to condo and downtown Fernandina was less than 10 minutes away. Waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise and sound of the surf is a perfect start to the morning. We enjoyed the patio for morning coffee and breakfast and again for late afternoon cocktails. Many wonderful restaurants and breweries to enjoy, didn’t have one bad meal the entire week we were in Fernandina. Plenty of shopping in town as well. I would highly recommend you check out the Crown Jewel condo!! Thank you Amy and Adam!

The place was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing all the girls had so much fun and even got up early to watch the sunrise which with teenagers is amazing in its self! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Will definitely be booking again in the summer.

We brought our family with 3 kiddos ages 2-7 and this was a perfect rental for our family. Everything as described, the biggest win for our family was all the beach chairs and toys available to use - hours of endless play on the beach, a minute away from the condo! Would definitely stay again.

Thank you so much for a great place to stay! The owners were fantastic to communicate with, they even sent a great list of places to eat! (We definitely recommend the Surf right across the street!) The condo is clean and well stocked with everything you need. The kids dishes, cups, and kid-leveled items in the bathroom were a huge plus.The condo had such easy access to the pool and beach, it made it so nice for our short trip! (It could potentially be noisy in the summer, just a thought) Overall, we had a great stop in Amelia Island, and this place helped make it even better!

We stayed for a few days the week before thanksgiving, very quiet time to go. The condo was clean, comfortable, plenty of seating, comfortable beds, and lots of kitchen supplies. My only request would be more throw blankets. It was pretty chilly at night and we didn’t want to strip the blankets off the beds to watch tv.

Your condo was just what we were looking for. It was clean, had all the comforts of home and was roomy enough for our group of 5 friends. We were so close to the beach that we could listen to the waves crashing and being on the 1st floor made unpacking and packing a breeze. Thank you for sharing your amazing condo. I'm sure we will be renting again in the future! We rate it 5 stars.

We had a wonderful family trip to the beach while my active duty daughter was on leave. The condo was so comfortable and being on the first floor was super convenient for going to the pool and beach. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed as well. It was our second time here and we will definitely be back!
