Shyla’s Chalet is a perfect vacation retreat for one or more families (reunions, weddings, family vacations, golf trips, or Jaguar games). Walking distance to the beach, outdoor shower, full kitchen, game room, large outdoor patio, and fire pit. Shyla’s Chalet is 4 blocks from Jacksonville Beach on a quiet street, with off-street parking. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs, 1 bedroom and 1 full bath downstairs. Beach toys and coolers are also available. - Not a party house.

Great home with lots of space. The host was great but everything went so well that we did not need to reach out. Slept 10 very well. Dining table had 12 chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and their was ample refrigerator freezer in the main kitchen and a refrigerator in the gaming room which we used for drinks. The grill worked well. All the beds were comfortable and there was ample towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. I cant think of anything that was not supplied. The top floor washer and dryer was very convenient. The backyard is fenced and very safe for our grands ages 2,3,4,5! There were loads of beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys available and the outdoor shower was convenient. We definitely recommend!

Spotless, Comfortable and Exceptionally Hosted

This house was by far the best experience I’ve ever had on Vrbo. The host, Greg, had everything—and I mean everything—we needed to make our low-key weekend gathering truly memorable. This house is amazing: comfortable, spotless, and filled with that “at-home” feeling.Even though Greg wasn’t on site, it felt like he was right there with us. He responded quickly, provided helpful updates and recommendations, and showed genuine care to ensure we had everything just right and ready. I honestly feel like I’ve made a new friend.I highly recommend this property and will gladly stay here again.

Beautiful home, close to the beach, has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. Greg was a gracious host, responded to messages within minutes. The game room in the garage and fire pit in the backyard were excellent additions. I would highly recommend this property. We will be back!

The house was in very good condition. Plenty of room for guests and kids a like. The host was very responsive and easy to reach with any questions or issues which needed to be addressed. The location was good although there's a large amount of road work going on and looks as if it's going continue for some time, including the road the house is on. At times it prevents you from accessing the beach on the most direct route.

Wonderful stay

Greg was a fantastic host- he was quick to respond and made himself available for any questions we had. The home was beautiful, immaculate and had plenty of room for my family and i. The location was ideal for us. Many restaurants, shopping etc and of course close to the beach. Highly recommend for your next stay in Jax!

This place has everything you can imagine and more. It slept 9 adults and 1 infant perfectly. The location to the beach was fabulous. The game room was fun. The beach items were so convenient. Loved everything about it. We will return!

Sales Meeting

Was the second time we booked this location for our sales team to stay for meetings in Jacksonville. And like the first the owner has made this stay seamless and enjoyable. Will be keeping this location on our short list in the future.

Centralized Location

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jax beach, this is the home! It is super close to everything you could need in Jax Beach. The host easy to communicate with and the house was amazing. Great place to host family/friends for a weekend with amazing living spaces to include the game room garage, the open space living room and the backyard with the fire pit. Would love to stay here again!

Great spot Jax Beach

We loved our stay on Jax Beach! Awesome house that was well equipped and perfect for our family getaway weekend! The owner was super kind and helpful, making us feel very comfortable. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed the close proximity to the public beach access.
