4BR / 2. 5 Bath, il nuovo Jax Beach Townhouse chiude tutto e si trova a pochi isolati dalla spiaggia

Questa residenza cittadina è stata di recente costruzione 2 anni fa. Tutti i BR sono al piano di sopra - master con bagno padronale privato, BR 2 ha una doppia sopra la cuccetta completa, i BR 3 e 4 hanno le regine, il secondo bagno completo. Cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno tutti al piano di sotto. TV in tutte le stanze al piano superiore e grande schermo in LR al piano di sotto con tavolo da 12 piedi shuffleboard. La cucina è completamente fornita di tutte le cose di alta qualità per coloro che amano veramente cucinare. La spiaggia è a pochi isolati a est che puoi raggiungere a piedi ma è meglio salire un paio di strade per attraversare la terza strada che può essere molto frequentata correndo verso nord e sud attraverso la città. C'è anche una griglia a gas e cortile recintato. La posizione è ottima con l'essere abbastanza vicino a tutti i divertenti ristoranti, bar e negozi per un facile accesso / a piedi ma abbastanza lontano da non dover affrontare il rumore o la folla.

Kat is an amazing host! My family spent a month in her fabulous home filling our time with many walks to the beach with our dog, countless rounds of shuffleboard, a great space to cook and enjoy, and privacy for everyone. Her warm touches to the home and gracious hospitality ensure future stays. The location is fantastic, the host is fantastic, and the home is fantastic!

Loved everything about the property! Easy walk to the beach, bowling alley, and plenty of restaurants. Will book again in the future! Rooms were big, tvs, kids toys, plenty of towels. The place was perfect for my family!

The property is very nice and comfortable and very close to the beach. The best part I have to say is the host. Kat was very friendly and super helpful. The lock with code had a low battery, so she sent a signal immediately that unlocked the door for us and had the battery changed very quickly. She was so accommodating and easy to talk to. The place is beautiful in a great safe location. We walked a few blocks to restaurants and bars on the beach and the grocery store, Publix was a 3 minute drive and you didn't have to get on the main road.. I would most definitely book this property again.

The location of the rental home was close to many attractions, most importantly the beach. The cherry on top was seeing the cupcakes and greeting card left wishing my son a happy 12th birthday! Great place and great time! Highly recommend

I stayed with my brother and my parents for Mother's Day weekend. The place is fantastic with wonderful interior designs. We loved using the indoor shuffleboard, especially on a rainy day when you can't get to the beach. The half bath downstairs is so convenient and all of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space in the house and plenty of room to easily park two cars. Host was friendly, quick to respond to questions and extremely generous. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Stay

This townhome was perfect for our stay at JAX Beach. My wife had surgery so we needed something close to the surgical center and a nice quiet place for her to recover. We got both in this rental and also had room for some family and friends to visit in comfort. The furnishings and decor were excellent and the shuffleboard table was a big hit. We will definitely be staying here any time we come back to Jacksonville.

Excellent experience!

Property was perfect and just as described. Location was excellent with quick access to the beach or nearby Jax Beach restaruants, etc. Kat (property manager) was super helpful and quick to respond, house was fully stocked and even had bottled water in the fridge ready! Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again!!!
