Amelia Island 3 Bedroom Condo - Ocean Park

This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the north end of the complex that features a wrap-around balcony and is located on the 1st floor.  Perfect location to watch amazing sunrises and sunsets.  

The kitchen and Living room have an open floor plan that allows you to enjoy the ocean views. The condo is unique due to it being an end unit and has a bonus feature with additional windows that provides more sunlight which allows for an airy feeling. Master Bedroom has an ocean view and a private entrance to the balcony featuring a King bed with an en-suite bathroom.  The guest Bedroom has 2 twins and the 3rd guest bedroom has a queen bed.  There is a hall bath that can be shared by both guest bedrooms.  Will sleep up to 8 with a sleeper sofa located in the Living room.

The Ocean Park complex is an ideal location on Amelia Island - just 400 steps to beach access and only two miles from charming downtown Fernandina Beach, where guests can enjoy the many great shopping and dining options.

This condo is also conveniently located next to Main Beach, offering activities such as miniature golf, a playground, a skate park, volleyball courts, and a concession stand/burger joint. Located at Main Beach, the Sandbar restaurant is within walking distance of this condo and is an excellent spot for dining on the beach.

**Winter/Spring 2024 Ocean Park will be undergoing renovation.  Potential to noise due to the construction of the building, during your stay. ** You will not have access to a balcony or garage from 3/4-5/17. Construction times are 7am-7pm.

Summer Family Vacation

We met our adult children and their families for a long weekend. Our condo was roomy and the large wrap-around balcony was a perfect overflow for our meal time gatherings. This condo had everything we needed - even baby supplies!It was about a 2 block walk to the beach. We drove all the supplies (tents, chairs, games, coolers) to the access trail to unload, so it was an easy set up. We had the large pool to ourselves several times. We went downtown and few times and loved the charm. There are great restaurants and cute shops nearby. We would definitely consider rebooking.

Nice Place

We stayed for 19 days, a girls trip The condo was very nice well furnished and appointed and very clean. The weather was unseasonably cold, though it was no fault of the owner. We really were disappointed that the hot tub did not work the entire time we were there and the pool was not heated. It really would have made our afternoons much nicer if we could have relaxed in the hot tub on those chilly afternoons. Otherwise, the mattress in the master suite was really squishy I sunk in and I think it had too much memory foam to be supportive, The sofa was also beautiful but not supportive at all. It was hard to sit without lying down Otherwise they thought of pretty much everything even had small blankets rolled up and sitting around in baskets in the living room. The kitchen was very well equipped and they supplied sheets and towels. The location was great, walking distance to the beach and restaurants and Fort Clinch. We enjoyed our stay overall and would come back.

Fabulous location!

Fabulous location while we were participating in the Pledge the Pink walks. Just a short walk to beach, park and restaurants. Great size and perfect for 4-5 adults.

Hurricane Helena

After Helene came thru and left our hometown without power this condo was the perfect comfort for our displaced family! My sister inlaw is in recovery from a stroke she had last year and we both have children 5-12. So she needed power! We were blessed to be able to enjoy some family time. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! It was spacious, clean, and well maintained! The pool was an added bonus with the children! the elevator was perfect for my sister-in-law, not to have to use the stairs. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to maneuver. The extra large balcony was so nice for enjoying the ocean breeze.! We hope to come back for just pleasure!

Ocean Park is the best for families

This is our 4th year in Ocean Park. Location is PERFECT for families - the condos are spacious and the pool is so nice. Easy access to the beach and waterfront park as well!

Short Family Get Away

Met up with my brother and his family and the condo was a great place to stay. It and the entire complex was very clean. Check in and check out were super easy. Close to downtown and even closer to the beach. We had a great time!

Very nice stay in Feb 2024

The condo was spacious and bright -- beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We liked the location on the 1st level and the elevator was close. Due to the wind and north-facing location, the balcony was not warm enough to enjoy. Improvements suggested -- high top table chairs were worn and the stools at the kitchen bar were too small. Otherwise the couch and TV were nice.

Nice Condo Near Beach

This three bedroom condo was very nice and just a short walk to the beach. The unit is very quiet and can easily be accessed via stairs or elevator. The pool was not open during our January stay, but it look nice. The kitchen was the best setup we’ve ever had in our numerous rentals over the years. It was well stocked and newer appliances. The huge deck is great place to entertain if the weather permits. It was a bonus to have a garage to park in. Lastly we had great support from Seahorse Management. We would highly recommend this condo for a quiet stay near the ocean front.

Last trip with Grands

My only suggestions would be to get higher toilets for your seniors and for the step stool to be placed in each bedroom with those high beds. Did not find them until we got ready to leave. But for the most part our stay was perfect. Thanks

Spacious & close to the beach!

This condo is bigger than we expected & short walk to the beach. The beach access point is in a quiet local neighborhood & yet a short walk to the Sandbar restaurant (great food). The huge patio is a wonderful space to enjoy in the warm Florida mornings & evenings. The garage has all the necessary beach items needed! The only problem that can up was resolved quickly after a call to the rental company. This is a great condo if you are looking for a quiet place to hang out with family or friends.

Great Stay

We were in town for a family reunion. This unit was very clean and had a larger living room than most units we have rented in the past. Lots of windows and large balcony was great, although I would recommend that a few more chairs or a hammock be added to accommodate more guests (it was booked for 8 guests but only had 6 chairs available). It was a short walk to the beach, skate park, and Salt Life restaurant. Shopping was only a short drive of about 2 miles away and we had no problems finding parking on the street. We woke up our second morning after a large storm and our AC was out. I called the manager and she answered right away and had a repairman there within 3 hours. All in all, great stay and we would recommend!

Wonderful stay!

The property is beautiful - a spacious end unit, clean with all the amenities you would need and then some you wouldn’t expect. We had a minor issue that was taken care of in a blink of an eye. Also an easy walk to the beach - we enjoyed both the beach and the pool. Thanks for a great stay!
