Be A Nomad | Gorgeous 2br 1blk from the Ocean - B

Escape it all for an easy getaway and stay at our clean, private, cozy home just a few steps from lovely Jax Beach — a half block away. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes, shops. Fast xfinity wifi, smart TV, beach towels, outdoor sitting area with a grill. Bike, kayak, SUP, and scooter rentals across the street at hotels.

This residence is on the 1st and 2nd floors and is 1 of 4 units in the building.

All beds are queen-sized.

Private entrance on the ground floor. This unit has a letter "B" right next to the door.

We live nearby and are available for any help you may need but expect that everything will be seamless.

North Jax Beach is a lively area. Beach cruisers (beach bikes), surfers, runners, and beachgoers alike enjoy this area year-round. Extremely close proximity to restaurants, cafes, and shops - all fully open with safety precautions during COVID.

Jax Beach Vacation

This was a great location for relaxing on the beach. The hosts were great and responded quickly to our questions. We appreciated the guidebook with suggestions for restaurants in the area. The location was just as advertised and we had a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Great property and location.

I truly enjoyed my stay, the location was perfect for the beach, Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach. The communications between Nomad and myself was very reassuring and they always were prompt in answering any questions I had. I do have a couple of recommendations. Replace the windows, seals are broken and u can’t see out of them. Also the bath tub is very slippery.

Fantastic condo in a great location

Well designed condo, great location (walk to beaches & restaurants), well stocked and just a fun place to stay. It was a great base location for cycling as you can ride from the condo all the way south to St. Augustine or north to Amelia island (via ferry) safely.

Cutest little property

We had such a great time at this property! It was adorable, and the location to the beach was perfect. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and water filter, even had both a keurig and pot for coffee as well. As well as tea and sugar. We very much appreciated the baby/children plates and cups as well. Oh there were even white noise machines provided for sleep, and a wagon for the beach. All these details were so thoughtful and made our stay so much nicer. We also appreciated that the code related to the property was phone number based and Nomad sent us a different code to change to as we checked out. Oftentimes, you really don't know if the code you're given at other properties is used over and over or not. But with being given a code based on our phone number and a different one at checkout definitely made us feel safe and like Nomad were real professionals. We would definitely stay here again. If all Nomad properties are like this one, we will definitely seek out their other properties for future vacation spots. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect beachside condo!

My husband and I usually stay at a hotel on Jax Beach, but never again! Nomad Property's condo is absolutely perfect. It sits literally one short block from the ocean and has every amenity you could need. The finishes are all high end, and the attention to detail was impeccable - from the extensive kitchen utensils and gadgets (all brand new) to the appliances (also new) to the small, appreciated touches of darker wash cloths for make up removal and keurig coffee cups on. site ready for your morning walk to see the sunrise on the beach. Definitely will be returning!
