About this space
Beachy vibes, 1 block from the Beach. Relax and unwind in this comfy beautifully designed space. Newly renovated kitchen & well stocked (pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) ready for use. Condo includes everything you need for a day of fun at the beach (beach chairs, umbrella's, boogie boards, beach towels and beach toys) or just enjoy the condo amenities (in ground pool, tennis and pickleball courts, playground, and BBQ area). We also provide tennis racquets & pickle ball paddles.
The space
Keyless entry Condo has 2 Queen beds in seperate bedrooms and one couch that a child could sleep on. Free parking spot to the left of the building labeled N7. Plenty of visitor parking in front of the tennis courts about 100 feet from the building

I'd choose this condo over a hotel any day! Perfect spot for a wedding weekend in Fernandina. Close to the beach, clean, comfortable bedding, complete with beach chairs, beach towels, and some toys for the little one. Great find and very prompt communication with the host.

Nice, comfortable place at a reasonable price

In town for a continuing ed course at one of the big resorts. We didn't care to pay thousands to stay in the beachfront highrise, or in the middle of the resort next to loud pickleball courts. This unit was centrally located on the Island, easy to access, near some good restaurants and reasonably priced. Not beachfront, but that is not important to us.

Wonderful rental

Great Location, easy walk to the beach. Condo buildings are nestled amongst beautiful trees providing lots of shade, nice pool and racquet courts. Condo itself was clean and just as described. We were very happy with our stay!

Very very well kept!!! And quiet, nicely quiet. It’s like a great newlywed couples first apartment. Comfortable and with all needs provided. Hostess was very responsive with check in details. Didn’t try the pool or try to find the beach as not my thing. A map to beach would be helpful as it’s a fairly large group of condos; this one building N. Could’ve chilled for a week of reading, yet downtown is 5-10 minutes drive for restaurants & nightlife & shopping.

Location Location

Upon arrival, we found Beach Escape to be cute and super clean. Self check in was easy. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Location! Location! Wow!It was such an enjoyable easy 3 min walk to a beach access to a beautiful beach. We also found that within a 10 min walk,we could access great restaurants. Egans Creek Greenway entrance was also only a 5 minute bike ride. We did drive places but honestly if you wanted to never get in your car you wouldn't have to. The owner had excellent communication. Don't hesitate to contact her if needed. When we come back to Amelia Island this will be our go to place to stay. Thank you!

Great place near the beach

We loved the neighborhood , walk to beach or spent day at very nice pool and tennis courts. We enjoyed watching all the turtles in the pond also place was very clean and had everything we needed great place for family of 3-4. We also took our dog and lots of area for walks . Very cozy and safe 👍

Weekend trip

We stayed here for a couple days before meeting out family here on the island. This is a great spot to stay and easy walk to the beach. Parking place is great.
