THE SPACE

At this beach condo the hardest decision of the day is pool or ocean. Both are steps from your door at Sand Dollar Villas: the community pool sits just steps from the beach, and a boardwalk carries you over the dunes to the sand, with outdoor showers waiting where it begins. Back inside, the king bedroom opens onto a covered balcony with beach views, the dining table seats six, and everything is set up so you can settle in fast and spend the trip outside.

THE BOARDWALK TO THE BEACH

Sand Dollar Villas is a beachfront community, and its wooden boardwalk leads from the villas over the dunes straight to the shoreline. Outdoor showers at the boardwalk entrance let you rinse off the sand on the way back. Go down for sunrise, come back for lunch, and head out again in the afternoon; the beach is that close. Beach equipment is not guaranteed, so bring your own chairs and umbrella.

THE COMMUNITY POOL

The spacious resort style outdoor pool sits just steps from the beach, so you can trade salt water for the pool whenever you like. It is an easy afternoon for kids, and a BBQ grill is available for cooking outside.

THE COVERED BALCONY

The private covered balcony has an outdoor dining table and chairs and beach views, with shade for lunch in the middle of the day and a breezy spot for dinner in the evening. The primary bedroom opens directly onto it.

LIVING ROOM

The bright open concept living area has plush sofa seating and coastal decor, a welcoming place to gather after the beach. There is a TV with satellite or cable in the living room, WiFi throughout, and a laptop friendly space. Air conditioning and heating keep it comfortable in every season.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen has full size appliances, including a full size refrigerator, an electric range and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a toaster, plus a double sink, wood cabinetry, and coastal blue accents. A drip coffee maker and a K Cup coffee maker sit side by side on the counter. The dining table seats six, with a leaf for flexible seating, so the whole group can eat together.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The primary bedroom is spacious, with a king bed, a reading chair, coastal decor, and its own door onto the covered balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, a bedside table, and plenty of natural light. Two full bathrooms, the primary bathroom and a hall bathroom, each have a tub and shower combination.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS

A washer and dryer are in the condo, so you can pack light. Extra pillows and blankets, hangers, an iron, and essentials are provided, along with a starter supply that covers roughly the first 24 hours. A Pack N Play is available upon request for $25. A fire extinguisher and smoke detector are in place.

EASY ARRIVAL

This is a first floor unit in a building with an elevator and a private entrance, and two parking passes are included.

This is a non smoking and non pet home, and no parties or events are permitted. Two parking passes are included.
