It is a Unique property for Beach Walker, a real exclusive-rare unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Even though it is ground level having a patio, you have an unobstructed view of the waves crashing on the beach!

A Beautiful oceanfront setting located on the ground level of Beach Walker's BUILDING "A"-The smaller parking area. The Villa has an oceanside pool for guest use. This Amelia Island Resort... offers GOLF, TENNIS Clinics, Biking, Walking Trails, and Picnic & Grilling areas. Bikes and Golf Cart rentals are available to guests. It is within minutes of the historic town of Fernandina Beach with lots of shops, quaint restaurants, and a harbor, with views of the "CUMBERLAND ISLAND".


The views are "Captivating"... you can see the waves crashing along the shoreline from the living area.
The beautiful pool area has the Ocean as the backdrop and Crowsnest for lounging under a grass rooftop...you really feel like you are on a tropical Island.
The pool and the surrounding deck were recently renovated in 2020. A New bathhouse and showers right near the beach walkout. There are also 3 charcoal grills in this same area for guest use.

About the Interior of the property:
Having 2 levels... Up--- is the Foyer entrance and laundry room and double closets, stepping down five steps into the kitchen and dining combo-open floor plan with double sliding doors on each side of the living-dining combination...where there you have your beautiful ocean view...

Entertainment focus in the living room you will be delighted to find a 55-inch smart flat screen with surround sound. Cabel & Wifi. Voice-activated remote control.

Stepping down again into the bedrooms:
The Condo features 3 new and comfortable mattresses and nice linens. Primary Bedroom has a" King" size bed and the guest room has two "Queen Size" beds. Both BRs have Flat Screen TV'S. Both bedrooms have nice size closets and ceiling fans.

An en-suite Primary bedroom, with a walk-in glass & tile shower.
Guest Bath has a TUB/SHOWER Combination for the kiddos.
It also has a Full laundry room and water softener for your convenience.
Both Bedrooms have tile flooring...no carpet in the condo. The Living Room features a new comfortable Oversized Sofa with reclining end chairs. Sliding Glass Doors and Oceanside window for a clear view of the ocean. Upgraded high-speed internet.
2 - 4 Beach Chairs & Beach towels are available for guests to use.
