This is a duplex townhouse property. It may be rented separately as Side A or if you require more room, rented with Side B (mirror image floor plans). To rent both townhouse units (Side A and B), look for the listing, "Operation Beach Freedom". The unit in the rear of the property is not available for rent.

- Prefer not to share the pool or the property? The entire house is available to rent as one unit, giving your group full, private access to both sides of the duplex, the pool, and all outdoor amenities.

There is also a small condo located at the back of the property, which belongs to the owner. It is not available for rent, and the owners rarely stay there. When they do, they are respectful of guest privacy and do not use the pool or outdoor amenities during guest stays.

First Family trip to Amelia Island

Beautiful home, clean, spacious, had all amenities. Took the whole family and we loved it all! Great location to the beach (right across the street). Easy access and short walk. Very private area of beach. Not crowded at all. We used the pool several times each day. Super clean and refreshing. Everything we needed plus extras: beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels, washer/dryer, hair dryers, grill, games, etc. Fantastic place to stay and will definitely come again. Thank you!
