Breathtaking River Retreat RV Campground - Gym, Game Room, Sauna

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape, located in the heart of the Applegate Forest. Just a short and scenic 5-10-minute walk down to the serene Applegate River, this RV is the perfect getaway. In addition to the stunning 19 acres of land to explore, our guests also have full access to the gym/yoga room and game room, as well as the sauna for an additional charge. Our RV is fully equipped and comfortable, providing everything you need for a memorable stay.

This RV is located on the Applegate River Retreat grounds which has over 400 LF of river front access and sits on 19 beautiful acres of lush and serine Applegate Forest!

Enjoy a relaxing hike on one of the many trails. You will also have access to the Gym /Yoga Room as well as the Good Vibes Only Game Room at no additional charge! We are neighbors to the Red Lilly Winery and a short drive to Brits Music and Art Festival located in downtown Jacksonville.

The RV features:

1 Queen Bed
1 Pull-Out Full Bed
Kitchen
Dining Area


Kitchen is stocked with:

plates, cups and utensils
-microwave
-oven
-pots
-pans
-coffee maker
-tea kettle


Potty-trained pets are allowed. There is a one-time $50 fee per pet.


We also have 3 other homes and 1 additional on the property that are available to rent.

Homes and RVs are spread out far apart for privacy. Enjoy a family reunion, stay with friends in the same retreat, or host a corporate event!

It was a lovely place. Beautiful and quiet environment. My only complaints. There was ants inside the rv, wasps right outside our door. The were entering the rv through the vents. I was charged a $75 cleaning fee when the place wasn't cleaned before hand. I couldn't contact anyone until I was home. Thank God we were able to find the place. The directions were sent a day after our arrival. And, the pullout was not a option. Very thin mattress and the sides would stab you.

The trailer was very comfortable! Sure needed that AC.Wonderful location. The only thing I missed was how to contact the host. I needed the codes to sauna, gym game room etc. Just didn't see how to connect. Would definetly stay again!

Convenient

The location was great because we were visiting family nearby and loved being in the woods by the river. The place was very clean with nice little touches. The only real complaint was the shower...mostly just a trickle of water with the occasional burst...really not adequate.
