This is a very cute single-bedroom suite right on the beach with gorgeous ocean views. This home has a wonderful kitchen where you can enjoy views of the ocean while you cook. Take your first cup of coffee out to the oceanfront balcony to view that beautiful sunrise. With two queen beds in the bedroom and a full bath with a tub/shower combo, there is enough space to spread out and enjoy a relaxing vacation. You will have flatscreen TVs in the living room.

Beautiful resort

Like others have said, the ac was an issue. It was so humid but luckily there was a fan. Other than that, we loved the entire area. We didn't realize this was a resort until we pulled in. There's restaurants and shops on the property. Beautiful walking trails and even a nature center. Very quiet and impeccably maintained.

Peaceful and relaxing.

We’ve stayed at these condos before, but this one was just perfect. Beautiful view of the beach and pool. The check in was seamless and the condo was extremely clean and well taken care of.

Lovely view.

We only had one issue. For some reason the heat kept resetting in the night to 64 even though we set it at 71 when we went to bed. The condo was very nice with an awesome view. Hopefully the issue will get fixed. Other than that we were very pleased with the accommodations.

Great Stay in a beautiful condo

This condo was wonderful - just as the pictures show. Everything was very clean and the management team was very prompt in responding to a few issues we had that were resolved during our stay. The view of the beach is spectacular. We loved walking on the large stretch of beach only to see it disappear as the tide came in. Sandcastles is a beautiful property with lots of nice walking trails and other amenities right on the property. We would stay here again.

We realize that no rental unit is cared for the way we would care for our own homes. Although we enjoyed our stay and the unit, we found the kitchen needed a bit more attention to the sink and the refrigerator. There was an odor when the refrigerator door was opened that was so bad that we stopped using it. It also needed to be better wiped down as we found old food residue on one of the shelves. The bathroom sinks needed more attention as well, such as mold and mildew around the sink edges. Again, we realize there little time between occupants to do a thorough cleaning. Hope this review helps address these issues. We did enjoy our stay and would consider staying here again. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of using your home to visit beautiful Amelia Island. My husband has been coming for 70 years. We love it here!
