After the 3rd night of my 4 night stay at Comfort Suites Baymeadows Near Butler Blvd, I requested housekeeping at 12:00 PM so I could return from a workout, shower, and prepare for a scheduled appointment. When I returned at 1:30 PM, my room had not been cleaned. At the front desk, I was met with an unfriendly attitude and a lack of urgency, despite explaining that I was in wet clothes and under time constraints. When I asked to temporarily use another room solely to shower, I was treated rudely and faced significant resistance. Accommodation was only provided after I insisted on speaking with management, and I was assured my room would be cleaned during that time. After showering, my key card was deactivated, requiring another trip to the front desk. Upon returning, my room was still uncleaned. Multiple phone calls to the front desk went unanswered, forcing yet another in-person visit. The staff response was dismissive and unprofessional. Housekeeping did not arrive for an additional 30 minutes, and my room was not cleaned until approximately 2:30 PM, causing me to miss and reschedule my appointment. Due to these repeated service failures, lack of basic hospitality, and the impact on my personal and professional obligations, I am requesting reimbursement for one full night of my stay. I also request that this matter be reviewed to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
