All Hours are quiet hours. Please be respectful of neighbors as most are homeowners.
-If there are any undisclosed guest, there will be a $500 fine per person
-Please be advised if you have pets(only dogs are allowed no cats)
We charge a pet fee of $25 per day per pet that you bring with you. This reduces to $150/week per pet and $300/Month per pet for long stays
Additional fee may be incurred if excessive shedding/pet fur is left after departure.
-Bully breeds are not allowed, multiple pets require approval.
-Please cover the furniture and guard against pet smell with pet grooming.
-Smoking is to take place outside, only in the backyard. Please do not leave butts on the ground. If you smoke inside the home there will be a $1,500 fine.
Any damage to home will be charged to guest. Close and lock all doors and windows when leaving out. Extra linen in bedroom closets for sofa.. Do not leave food/drinks in refrigerator. Do not leave dirty dishes, please wash before checkout. Any damages to home will be charged to guest.
-Communicate any questions, issues and dissatisfaction promptly after check-in or upon discovery to give host and staff opportunity to remedy and correct.
-Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner or other designee may come to home as the need arises. Notices will be given if possible.
-Cameras are placed for exterior of property owner at front door.
-Cleaning fees do not cover deep cleanings due to improper checkouts.
-Our expectation is for the home to be returned in the condition in which you found it.
