Splendida circa 1875 Plantation House (in città)

Torna a un momento più grazioso con questa proprietà post-antebellum del 1875 nello storico quartiere alberato di Orange Park. Questa splendida casa, su tre acri, vanta portici avvolgenti, finestre di vetro al piombo, quattro caminetti (non funzionanti) e intricati lavori in legno e modanature in tutto. Questa bellezza post-antebellum conserva il suo fascino storico offrendo allo stesso tempo lusso e stile attuali.

Goditi la cucina completamente attrezzata dello chef (con isola in granito e 4 sgabelli da bar), divani in pelle pieno fiore, due grandi TV intelligenti e una terza TV a schermo grande per la camera da letto. C'è una splendida sala da pranzo formale. Ci sono sei camere da letto come segue: 2 re, 2 letti matrimoniali e 2 letti a castello separati. Ci sono meravigliosi portici illuminati tutt'intorno che offrono: comodi posti a sedere, due diversi punti ristoro esterni, una grande griglia a carbone e un'altalena portico extra-lungo. Inoltre, questa dimora storica e la sua vicina pensione (offerta come proprietà per le vacanze elencata separatamente, vedi Graceful Southern Guest House) condividono un pergolato completamente arredato con romantiche luci a corde e un focolare funzionante. Torna indietro nel tempo, rilassati e goditi l'aria fresca, i fiori subtropicali e gli alberi maestosi.

Close to Wedding Venue

We selected this VRBO because it was just minutes from the venue for my son’s wedding. The host was excellent—communicative, gracious, and incredibly understanding. We experienced several unexpected changes due to health issues within our family, and the host remained flexible and supportive throughout. We’re so grateful for their kindness during such an important and hectic time.

Charming 18th century home

Truly enjoyed our stay in this charming & cozy home from the 18th century. Love the unique furniture and decor. Very clean and great location for us as it was close to 285. The grocery store is only a three minute drive from the house. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed here for a family wedding at a nearby venue. We had a wonderful stay and the property was perfect for our family. The house was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.

Buddies golf trip

We were a group of 6 buddies in our mid 60’s that rented the main house as well as the guest house for a golf trip to escape the Northeast winter. Both properties were well kept and immaculately clean and in close proximity to golf courses as well as restaurants. The outdoor space is outstanding with multiple locations to sit outside and enjoy the day or evening. Lori was responsive to any questions we had throughout the stay and went to great lengths to recover a lost cell phone and express mail it back to him. Would highly recommend either property to anyone interested in them singly or together.

Family weekend

We traveled to Jacksonville for a monthly family gathering, which typically includes 14 people. The house was the perfect size as it offered six bedrooms and lots of square footage for everyone to move about. We spent most of our time on the outside deck which wraps around almost the entire house. Everything that you could possibly need for a great stay was at your fingertips. From forks and spoons to pots and pans, towels, blankets, and everything in between could easily be found, thanks to our hostess Laurie for offering such a beautiful and historic venue for us to enjoy.

Beautiful Home Perfect for Reunion

Home is as pictured. Lori prompt in responses. Parking is an issue if you have four vehicles that are large, but we managed - just have to move vehicles on occasion to get out and around. It was perfect for five sisters and three spouses to reunite and have a fun-filled week. Lori shared a bit of the home’s history with us which was most interesting. I highly recommend booking.

Property was clean and comfortable. Close to grocery stores and restaurants . There were 7 of us staying there and we had plenty of room. There was a problem with the hot water and we messaged the owner they responded back very quickly .

Great property. Host was prompt with any questions and concerns. I wouldn't use the bunk beds for adults. Wish they were separate twin beds. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, in a great location. Short distance to supermarket, drug stores, etc... House was stocked with all the needed amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Time

This home is beautiful, the cottage also beautiful and both were well supplied, comfortable, well furnished. A couple issues, one the hostess of our home was not quick to respond/communicate, there were multiple TV’s in both locations but no instructions on use especially when there are two remotes so we didn’t have use of them, no checkout instructions and when we inquired with our hostess we got no response therefore did what we want done in our homes. The property is beautiful, lots of porches with comfortable furnishings in all areas. One other item, sleeping really is for 8 adults and 6 children as the bunks are very small and stacked with 3 which is pretty high for kids trying to get into and out of bed. Overall, recommend this home….more positives and just minor negatives that easily be dealt with.
