Preparati ad essere sedotto dal mare in questa spaziosa casa con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni in seconda fila. Questa casa presenta la famosa pianta del piano inverso, dove lo spazio abitativo principale è all'ultimo piano. Esci fuori dall'ampio prendisole e vedrai perché le viste sull'oceano sono così piacevoli da qui.

Questa casa vacanze si trova a circa 4,6 km a sud del semaforo di Surf City nella pittoresca spiaggia di Topsail, all'estremità meridionale dell'isola di Topsail. Amerai l'atmosfera di questa comunità costiera! Sei vicino ad alcuni negozi, ristoranti, molo Jolly Roger e altro a Topsail e non troppo lontano dal principale quartiere degli affari dell'isola a Surf City! Assicurati di visitare alcune attrazioni locali come il Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital e il Missiles and More Museum che racconta la storia del passato della nostra isola.

Perfect relaxing beach getaway

We were pleased with this trip from beginning to end. When we arrived, we expected to have to kill a few hours before being able to get into the house. We got the text around 1:30 pm that our place was ready. The house was clean, looked to be freshly painted and very comfortable. We loved being right across the street from the beach access! Even checkout was an easy process!

Nice Getaway

To start out our trip the check in process was kind of annoying. The code to the door did not work. FYI do not try the code “correctly” more than 10 times because you will get locked out and have to drive to the office to get the key. The house was pretty clean it could use some updating, especially the showers. The kitchen was functional and had most everything you would need. We loved the location of this house and staying right across from a beach access!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the house is nice and spacious. Just get ready to climb some stairs! We didn’t mind that though. The access to the beach was right across the street which made things easier. The beach was beautiful and we had fun finding shells while also relaxing. Would recommend this house for a family beach trip.

Just Beachin It Does Not Disappoint

Beautiful, comfortable home with views of the ocean and a 2 minute walk and you're on the beach! Theater style seating in family room was great for our every night movie night! Sitting in the sun on the upper deck or enjoying the shade on either of the two lower decks-there is a place for everyone in this house!

Topsail Family Reunion

We have a family reunion every year at Topsail. My family owns a couple properties there and this house was just perfect. It was well laid out ad spacious. We enjoyed our stay and will be renting again in the future.

Good location, but terribly filthy

Dust everywhere, caked on food on the counters, a dead bug (with blood) spattered on the blinds, toothpaste on the sinks, hair in the tubs and a terrible smoke smell in 2 bedrooms. Beds were also very uncomfortable. The decor is nice upstairs and the proximity to the beach is good. Other than that I couldn’t wait to get home to my clean and comfortable house. The price for this property was not indicative of its condition. I’ve paid the same and less for properties that were WAY nicer And cleaner than this one.

Topsail Beach Vacation

We LOVED this house so much! We typically do not stay on this side of the island, but now we want to come back every year. The house was spacious, clean and in a great location. You just needed to cross the street to get to the private access stairs to the beach.

Beautiful home, but make sure to read the fine print

This house on Topsail Beach was beyond stunning. The pictures did not do it justice!! It was extremely clean and I loved the turquoise beachy vibes!!! I would have loooooved to give this property 5 stars, but we did encounter a few problems. Before you prepare for your trip here, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL THE FINE PRINT!!! You will receive an email about the property, chose an online name and password, and then login. Be sure to click on what to pack because THIS PLACE DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY BED LINENS, TOWELS, OR PAPER PRODUCTS. I do have to say that this is my first ever VRBO rental in which I had to provide these essentials. Coming all the way from California, we had to rent these items upon arrival. Another reason why I didn't give five stars is because the key code to enter the house did not work. We had to physically call the rental property and have someone sent out to the house to figure out what went wrong and come up with a new code. Other than these minor things, this house was beyond beautiful, in a perfect location, and really did exceed our expectations.

Wonderful Memorial Day weekend

Thank you for renting for the long weekend! The house is beautiful. Kitchen well stocked and new appliances. Everything was so clean. The beach access is across the street and super easy. Love the outside shower. You may want to add that the room with the bunk beds allows for 4 singles. Thank you again and we will be back!
