“Overpriced, once wonderful place has gone downhill. Y th things are beaten up, and for 590 night would expect bar and some food every eve.

“Stayed at Hoyt House in early April. Weather was lousy. Everything else was great. Location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores of Fernandino Beach. Everything in the Inn was in top shape, and a lot of thought clearly went into making the guests comfortable. Umbrellas when it rained. A glass of wine in the afternoon. Plenty of places to sit witha book or other activity.

“We had a delicious breakfast both mornings that we ordered ahead of time with lots of options to choose from, so it is really fresh! They had a nice Social Hour that had some tasty snacks with wine, beer, soft drinks and I’m sure tea/coffee if requested. The room was really nice, clean and we had a fabulous shower. They also provided plush bathrobes to use during our stay, which was nice. We stayed in the Charlotte room. And it was within walking distance to everything. The staff was really...
