“The cottage is as cozy as the pictures depict. This was my wife's and my first time in Jacksonville. The home had everything we needed, is close to downtown and we highly recommend you consider staying here. The one downside, the manager apparently uses just AI to communicate. When we had an issue, we could not get through to the manager using the phone number provided. When we attempted to get our answers using the Vrbo App, we only got automated responses and are question never got answered....
