“We had an excellent stay at the Sleep Inn in Tyler, Texas. The staff were thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely made the experience feel welcoming. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the food was well-made and satisfying. We would gladly stay here again.”

“Breakfast menu was great. Room was clean, but the window seal had cracks in the plaster surrounding the window. Spoke to manager on duty. She said she would let housekeeping know. I took pictures because I didn’t want to get blamed and charged for damages . When I checked out the new manager on duty did not have the previous report I discussed”

“I booked 4 rooms due to the hotel having an indoor pool and my family and I were coming in to go to the zoo. When we arrived the front desk manager had allowed someone, I’m sure relative or friend, to rent one room and have a child’s birthday party at the pool. Needless to say the pool area and hot tub were unusable because of the 30 people attending the party. Front desk were rude and not helpful.”
