This Jacksonville Ranch house has the feeling of ranch privacy while you are in the center of everything that is the city of Jacksonville! This home presents many perks that are a rare find, whether you are vacationing or traveling for work you will experience a completely modern and renovated home with extreme measures taken to make sure you are in a modern safe and sanitary environment. This home has a air quality control system that provides hospital grade air with extreme efficiency. It’s located within minutes to restaurants, entertainment, grocery and pharmacy.
We are 2 miles from the Commons Park which has many Activities, recreation bike trails and more. Less than 30 minutes from three beaches.

Had a great 4 night visit with our daughter. Only complaint was the beds were a little hard for our liking, but that’s a personal preference. Overall everything was great. Nice roomy house with a nice outdoor area. Quiet neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and grocery store options

Ladybug stay!!!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The host was more then accommodating to my family through a difficult time of losing a family memeber. The host has a open line of communication and gives pretty quick responses. I am thankful we had a place that worked for our family! Thank you again...

The kitchen was stalked with all of the equipment we required for our stay. All appliances were in working order. We did not care for the television features, there was no cable and the TV features were all streaming. The living room furniture was dated and not very comfortable. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress & springs were on an old waterbed frame which was difficult to get into because of the height. It was very close to our children and grandchildren as well as other shopping and restaurants. Ideal for us and our family.

Perfect for a family visit

Great space for a family to stay. Many short term rental places do not offer the space and amenities this special does. We were comfortable and the owners were intentional with thoughtful touches throughout the home.

Just an okay stay

This would have been an amazing stay had we all been comfortable on which we slept. All beds besides the twin beds were hard and way too stiff to sleep comfortable. My husband slept on the couch which sunk in horribly. The back door handle fell off when i tried to open it. The hot water was so difficult in one bathroom that we all used the hallway bath in order to shower. Over all the house is very spacious and beautiful but for the cost of 4 days there needs to be some maintenance performed. We would stay again if those simple changes are made. Still a beautiful home

Family trip.

We stayed here to visit with our son who is stationed at Camp Lejeune. Had a wonderful time and the property was perfect for our stay and allowed for a great place to spend time together.

Spacious home in great location

While there was a slight miscommunication, Stacy was very responsive and quick to rectify the situation. The home easily accommodated our party of 8 overnight, plus our Marines and their spouses for Thanksgiving dinner. The location was ideal and just a few short minutes away from base. It is in a quiet neighborhood and offers a fun outdoor entertainment area. We would recommend and would stay at this property again.

Jacksonville NC home

This home is lovely on a very large. We liked that the living room and family rooms were separated from one another. All appliances worked well and there was plenty space for when our local family came for dinner. Miss Stacy was prompt in responding to any questions we had. We will definitely seek to stay here again next visit.

Visit to our Marine

This was a family trip to visit our Marine stationed in Jacksonville. The house accommodated our party of 9 well. Everything was in close proximity to the house, including restaurants, stores and the Marine bases. Only a couple minor issues which we reported to the host to make her aware. Our host applied very promptly when we contacted her. Would stay there again.

Great Place for Family Stay

This property is large enough for family stay at a great price. Not far from anything. The outdoor area is awesome for sipping coffee in the morning or a beverage in the evening.

Great space for larger families!

Gathering of family for weekend wedding

Enjoyed staying at a clean and wonderful property with plenty of space for a family. This home is also conveniently located to food, shopping, and whatever your heart desires. It was better to have a home for three families instead of renting three different hotel rooms which would’ve cost it more.
