Albergo cadente, sporco, poco luminoso, malgestito. La camera, grande ma nella quale i piedi appicicavano a terra per uno sporco mai ben pulito ,mancava di lampadine; è dovuto intervenire l' elettricista per riparare l' impianto e mettere le lampadine. A questo punto abbiamo guardato le recensioni a 5 stelle lasciate dai clienti e ci siamo accorti che tutti questi clienti che le avevano rilasciate non hanno mai fatto recensioni in località lontane dall'hotel. Saranno forse gli stessi clienti che ci è sembrato vivano in questo albergo e che hanno fatto casino fino alle 4:00 del mattino, benché più volte sollecitati a rispettare l'ora notturna,a lasciare queste recensioni positive? Non dovrebbe Expedia curare con più attenzione le recensioni? E non parliamo poi di prima colazione, dato che questa è stata limitata al caffè e a delle brioscine, peraltro riunite in una cesta al banco della reception, non al banco del buffet. Non dovrebbe forse Expedia, prima di vendere la prima colazione, controllare cosa intenda l'albergo per prima colazione ?

Please return the money. I couldn't stop there and for a minute everything was in a terrible state. There is a mess and dirty everywhere from the three rooms that I was shown, the air conditioners did not work and there was nothing in the rooms from the declared one (towel, refrigerator, microwave, etc.)

Worst experience ever. Dirty hotel room. Burn holes on comforters. No fitted sheet on beds. Hotel staff took forever to check me in . People just loitering on the stairs and hallways. I did not feel safe and had no other choice but to check out after a few hours .

Will never stay at this property myself and would never suggest this property to any one I know. The staff including management needs training in customer service. The clerk reacted to me like we were on the street corner but then here comes the manager which was no better, she made the situation worse. Im over it now, was pretty upset, but I paid the price, lost 60 bucks, sad thing is im the customer the one contributing to thier paycheck and they treated me like crap. Maybe thier checks should reflect -60 dollars so we all learn a lesson. Lol. Doubt that happens. No worries its obvious they dont need my business.

Not even kind staff could fix this place
My first impression is that the place is in a rough area of town. The surrounding areas are intimidating and I saw a few arrests during my weekend stay. The staff was friendly but the overall hotel just looked rough. It looked like it had not been worked on very often and the room was partly dirty. It looked like it had just been lightly cleaned but I spotted dirt in various places. There were people walking around at all hours of the night being loud. I was awoken at 4 AM one night by a man screaming. The Wifi connecting was spotty at best and BARELY worked. I had planned on staying an additional day and working from my room but I am glad I didn't since it would had not been possible. Finally, the breakfast was not "continental" in any way. There was some bread (plain white bread) with jelly, coffee, and cereal. Overall, not very appetizing.

Wasn't a pleasant hotel at all.
Was a uncomfortable hotel. People hanging out being noisy. Smoke pollution in the rooms. Did not get a doubled bed as booked. Only got one bed. Bad experience overall.

It's a budget hotel
Check in was easy. The room was clean, the water was hot and with good pressure. It's an older hotel an certainly nothing fancy. But, I have no complaints.

Awful Place To Be
I left after the first night because I didn't feel like this was a safe environment. although the television came on the remote didn't work properly. There were no restaurants near the hotel and the vending machines didn't take credit cards. I stayed one night. I was visiting relatives and didn't want to inconvenience them which is why I was staying at the hotel but I was afraid to leave my luggage in the room unoccupied. it was a total waste of money. The continental breakfast was dry cereal and packaged danish that was distributed at the front desk toast and juice which I welcomed since the only other place to get a meal was at the gas station across the boulevard. it was also 30 miles away from the airport. This hotel should not have been a advertised selection. it was in a horrible part of town with absolutely no convenience to a traveler unless they are into getting mugged.! i should be awarded a refund!

Un mauvais choix
Deuxième et dernier fois que je séjourne à cet endroit. La chambre sentait l'humidité, les draps n'avait pas l'air frais on aurait dit que quelqu'un avait déjà couché dedans mais surtout les oreillers était vieux et l'oreiller était taché. Lorsque je me suis plaint au commis, elle n'était pas réceptive lorsque j'ai demandé deux autres oreillers. Elle m'a dit qu’elle n’en avait pas d'autres. Je lui ai donc laissé les deux oreillers et on a dormi sans oreiller. Service à la clientèle = 0. Prochaine fois je vais aller au Sleep In out près pour 10-15 $ de plus c'est certain.

stay was ok. room had some issues. bathroom floor tile was cracked and it made the to let wabble. there was a soft spot in the floor by the ac, flooring was broke and you sunk a little bit. beds were great. housekeeping was nice and friendly.

Rude staff, but cheap and comfortable.
The staff was rude and unhelpful. Half of the lights in the room did not work. The room had a bad odor. However, it was relatively clean, the beds were comfortable, the room had a refrigerator which was nice, there was plenty of hot water and the bathroom was in good condition. And the price was right.

There were people fighting half the night. Those same people would throw trash in the parking lot. Not to mention the drug deal we seen going on. Looked like prostitution was going on. I had children with me. This was suppose to be kid friendly bit I didn't think it was by what was going on. Oh and the pool being closed. That was one of tge reasons i stayed tgete was for the pool for tge grandbabies. Needless to say I was not to happy with my stay.

The pool was out of service and was a main reason i booked with this hotel.... the place was very dirty had mold in the bathroom the bathroom sink was coming of the wall. The bed was comfy the sheets were clean but the top blanket was dirty and smelled bad... also there was only one pillow it's ok if you are looking for just a place to stop and sleep that's about it... the lady at the desk was very rude when asked about the pool situation... I expressed that needs to be put on the website for people to know and she placed the blame on the site I booked with and told me she did not have to update that info.
