Welcome to your secluded escapade! Spacious main living areas feature tile flooring, a wet bar, and an enclosed sunroom. The bright kitchen has a custom backsplash and opens to the quaintly decorated courtyard. The primary suite has a private bath and spacious closets. The guest bedroom also has a sliding glass door and has access to the customized guest bath. Located just steps from the beach, shopping and dining, it is perfect for a vacation on Amelia Island.

Confusing parking info from various Vacay folks. Unit decorated nicely. Ants and a few roaches. The request to wash towels and pull sheets is not vacation friendly nor is washer large enough to wash these large loads. Should have a linen service I would think especially for short term rentals.

Paradise

Amazing little spot. A short walk to the beach. Tons of space for 5 people to spread out. The interior is beautiful down to the knobs on doors and drawers. Sun room is to die for. Took us asking for directions to find the beach, but it was an easy walk once found. The villas are close to each other but you would never know due to the luscious foliage- you feel secluded. The kitchen has everything you need and tons of room for cooking and eating. Beds were comfortable, couch comfortable. Took the dog and she was very happy here. They even have a dog bed there! Plenty of towels, some laundry pods, dishwasher soap, toilet paper and the like. We did buy trashbags, but there was enough to last until we went to the store. Highly recommend this clean, airy villa. We will try to book here again next time we are down. We travel a lot, and this spot was perfect.

Peaceful!

This is not my first rental. Sime have been wonderful, some good, some extremely disappointing. This rental was just perfect for our family and pet. Quiet, surrounded by trees and absolutely clean, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing location

The condo was located at the end which made it private and secluded. The glass sun porch was amazing and we ate dinner out there several times. We will definitely visit again.

parts of the home need a refresh and cleaning , spray for bugs roach, spiders, flies, ants

Door knobs on entry closet fell off needs to be fixed, sliding screen doors need cleaning and so do the extra blankets.. Need fresh towels in Master Bed room and the shower rod needs replacement.

Amelia island vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, updated and comfortable. The location is behind manned gates at the Omni which is a great safety factor. The walk to the beach was only about 10 minutes but next time would bring a beach wagon to haul our things back and forth. Easy access to downtown Fernandina with great restaurants. Can’t wait to book again for next year!

Short term stay

We needed a place while renovations on our home nearby are being completed. This Villa was lovely, nicely updated, good furniture selections, excellent lighting. We did not cook while there but the kitchen was well equipped for a cook. Highly recommend. Nice walk in trail to beach

Tranquil Retreat

My husband and I (and our pup) enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet and lovely villa. The gorgeous, lush vegetation in the back of the property make for a tropical paradise feel. The beach is just a short walk away and is dog-friendly, which we appreciated. We also loved the walking/biking trails throughout the plantation. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

Fabulous villa

We loved the property! Very clean and nicely remodeled. Lovely sun room. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs, and there was a short path to an unused golf course for us to walk them on. The only surprise for us was that there was no check-in process to provide us with any information about the island (how to get to the beach, renting bicycles, navigating the plantation). We did not realize that the plantation is owned by the Omni and that we would be treated differently because we had not registered through the Omni and we’re not staying at an Omni-owned property. We would have liked to have had brochures, suggestions, etc. We also needed more than two trash bags or two rolls of toilet paper but really didn’t know how to ask for more. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Comfortable and roomy!

Really nice condo

We’ve stayed on the Omni property 3 times now, and each time has been great. They have their act together there, everything is in good shape, and the process is easy and smooth. The property itself is charming and well kept. Location is a little farther from the beach than other places on the resort, but still easily walkable. I would certainly recommend and happily stay again.

Great Place with Extra Details

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. This side of the plantation property is so quiet. This listing is an end unit (such a nice surprise) and the next door unit seemed vacant. This property had a lot of nice details (extra charging ports, shampoo/conditioner, etc). The surrounding land is full of beautiful plants and trees and just a short walk to the golf course. Our 18 month old was able to roam free after a few minutes of baby proofing. Our dog also had a great stay, there is even a cute dog bed!

The property was exactly as described. Secluded and quiet. Many nearby and excellent restaurants. It is a 7minute walk to the beach but very pleasant walk. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Comfortable and private villa

The property is located in a gated community which provides the added comfort in safety. There are a number of activities such as the Spa, bike rentals, and tennis courts on the property itself and walking paths to the beach. Our villa was clean and the bed very comfortable. There is a coffee machine (you have to provide filters and ground coffee...no Kurig) and some dishes/silverware and two pods for laundry. There is a very nice grocery store that is opened late just down the street should you arrive in the late evening as we did.

The condos location is perfect especially if you are traveling with a dog. So many great places to walk! The backyard was amazing, it was so peaceful and relaxing.

Nice place to stay.

Everything was great. The worst thing was a broken chair in the back that almost flipped us out of it and a broken button on the lock, which just happened to be one of the buttons we needed. Beach was a little bit more of a walk then described, but still easily doable.
