Our 3 bedrooms are furnished with 2
queen beds, 2 twin beds and rollaway
quest bed. The kitchen is equipped
with cookware to cook simple meals
and kuerig to enjoy a fresh cup of
coffee in the morning.
Make yourself at home once you arrive,
we have high speed internet to
connect most of your devices. While
cable tv is not included, we do have
Roku TV's with app's like Netflix and
more. Feel free to use this services with
your own login and enjoy!

Perfect house for our visit to Jacksonville, Fl. The house is located in a nice, quiet, pleasant neighborhood. We met several of the friendly residents who were out strolling and walking their dogs. The host has graciously provided many extras that make the stay even more welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place close to everything

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as described. I called the owner for one small thing and she answered right away and was very helpful. Love the screened in porch and pond in the back. The snacks, drinks, and coffee were a nice and welcoming touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Visiting Family in Jacksonville

This is our second time renting this home. We love the floorplan and location of this house. The home is very clean and welcoming. Even though the neighborhood has a lot of cars, it is quiet.

This was the best stay I had so far I came down for my mother funeral and it was the best stay I had I came across no problems she was responding ever time I called my flight delayed and she was so much help!!!I will definitely stay again

Perfect Location

The house was just as described. The neighborhood is quiet, behind our house was a lake which we enjoyed while drinking coffee in the sunroom. When we got there we found already bottled water and cokes in the refrigerator which was really nice. They had also put toothbrushes and tooth paste in the bathroom which was a really nice touch. We would stay at this house again if we can when we go back to Jacksonville.

Nice place!

We spent a week here visiting my mother. The house is in a little neighborhood a few miles outside of Jacksonville. Far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle, but not too far away to be a chore the get to the beach. The neighbors are closer than what we’re used to but we barely saw or heard anyone while we were there. Nice and quiet. The house is exactly as pictured and it was spotless when we arrived. The owner responded within 2-3 minutes of any message we sent. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely consider staying again the next time we come back.

Lovely 3 Bedroom home

We loved the open floor plan. The eat in kitchen and separate dining area provide eating space for 8 people. The quiet neighborhood makes for a restful vacation spot. Location is close to shopping, the beach, restaurants, Arboretum & Botanical Gardens, Alhambra Dinner Theater and more. We plan to rent this home again!

Our stay was excellent! Very clean, quiet area, very spacious. Everything we needed was right there for cooking. Beds were very comfortable, shower was hot. Bath tub was large. All over great experience. Would stay here again and would recommend to others for sure!

Comfortable, Quiet, Easy

This home was comfortable and appointed well for our week long stay for a family of four. The kitchen was easy with enough supplies and a Kuerig. Though a few things are dated, it was clean and neighborhood quiet. There were many places for multiple people to work from home and use the high speed internet. It has a nice little screen porch with view of a little lake. It’s just off 295, so easy to head north to Walmart Supercent, east to Piblix/CVS or south to the Town Center. Took us 20-25 minutes to get to Ponte Vedra Beach. Maria the host made it easy. Would stay there again.

Relaxing Stay

Four adults arrived to a clean and comfortable home. This place has a great view from the living area and screened porch, as it backs to water. It has all the basics supplied, and is very relaxing.
