Lovely oceanfront townhouse in Summer Beach Village w/Shared Pool, Central AC

  • This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with combined living and dining areas, a brand new washer and dryer, and a cable TV. The ocean-view primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-size bed, just for lazy morning sunrises from your bed, with a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed with your own private bath that has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located on the main level with the living area and has a queen bed and a shared bath with a tub/shower combo. All mattresses are brand new, so you're sure to get a great night's sleep! This unit is an oceanfront townhouse with an entrance on the second level.

    THINGS TO KNOW
    The condo does have about 16 stairs to the front entry and about 18 stairs located inside the unit.

View and location was awesome. Didn’t find the pool . Would suggest a map of property and ride around a little to find unit maybe overlooked directions. Overall wonderful stay for our quick trip. Would love to stay longer another time !!

Great views and the rental was exactly as the pictures showed on the site. We have stayed in the complex in the past and if there is an overall complex suggestion it is building signage improvement so you can locate your building and your exact rental. Either Casago can provide diagrams or better yet the complex add more visible building signage and arrows to your rental so you are not out at night on arrival day trying to find your second floor unit which is not identified at the foot of the stairs. Aside from this suggestion, it is a great location! Thank you.

My family and I really enjoyed the weekend - Location and property were very nice. I have family that lives on the island and we were in great proximity to there homes!! Highly recommend!

Great Property

We had a great time here. The condo is furnished very nicely and we had plenty of space. It’s quick easy walk to beautiful beach that was often empty. We would not hesitate to visit this property again.

Great place. Spectacular views. The ocean waves crashing on the beach was a wonderful lullaby when going to sleep. Highly recommended.

When we arrived late in the evening, we unloaded everything. When going to bed we found bugs in the upstairs beds. The property management teams quickly moved us to another unit which was clean and bug free.

Perfectly stocked!

We have stayed at this community 4 years in a row. This has been the best ocean front 3-bedroom townhome. Kitchen is amazingly stocked. We loved the umbrella on the balcony. Amelia beach is the best!

Beautiful property in a great location

We loved our stay at this Sailmaker condo. It had lots of space, the bathrooms were gorgeous and the kitchen was fully updated and extremely well stocked with everything you might need. We watched the sunset from the deck and enjoy the easy beach access. We hope to be back again soon.

Coronavirus Cancelled Our Stay

We were very much looking forward to our stay here but the outbreak of the coronavirus unfortunately we had to cancel. The management company was accommodating to our needs and we will try to book again in the future!

What a view!

Unit was nicely updated and decorated. Clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked for a rental. Summer Beach Location was private , quiet. Views from the unit were absolutely beautiful. We will come again.

Wonderful stay

My family had a wonderful time while on spring break at Amelia island. We have stayed in this complex before and this unit was beautiful and spacious. It had wonderful beach views. I would say the only thing that could have been better were the mattresses on the beds. The king and queen beds both left us sore. Will be looking forward to coming again for our next island get-away!

The kitchen is equipped for eating in if desired, and the sleeping arrangements worked great. A minor suggestion that would it more comfortable for guests would be to include a couple newer beach chairs for adults.

Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was a beautiful spot and we loved Amelia Island and Fernandina. The rental has a very nice atmosphere and is nicely decorated. We only had two complaints- we often ran out of hot water when taking showers (only four of us but usually all showering around the same time) and the clothes dryer is sadly slow. I felt guilty about how much energy I must be wasting trying to dry our beach towels. But, those two things are small potatoes to the amount of fun we had on the beach!
